5 Stars: Fun and Tasty Dining (by Ricky H.)

This restaurant is very unique from others. They actually come up to your table and carve your meat right in front of you. They have over 15 varieties of Steak, Pork, Chicken etc. Salad bar is also great. Just make sure to go with an empty stomach and make your reservation early.

5 Stars: Best Gaucho style food in town! (by Sterling B.)

We've tried Yoli's, Samba and one other, for a great Brazilian food "fix" here in Las Vegas. All have gone downhill, sadly. But we just dined at Texas De Brazil in the new Town Center (by Frye's which most would know). Wow, great service, nice decor and most importantly, the food was wonderful. Unlike the other similar restaurants, their meats were succulent, juicy and flavorful. Our waiters were a blast. Their caipirinha cocktail, made with Cachaa, is too wonderful. The salad bar offers a diverse and tasty myriad of unique ethnic items. Be sure you're VERY hungry. One price, all you can eat. Downside: you'll pay for it. We joined their "e-club" <http://texasdebrazil.fbmta.com/members/UpdateProfile.aspx?Action=Subscribe&InputSource=W> which earned us a 50% off coupon however future visits will cost us around $45 per person which is significantly more than the others here in Las Vegas. I feel it's well worth it as long as Texas De Brazil keeps their standards as high as they are now. Bon Apetite!
