I was absolutely thrilled to find my precious data intact on the recovery discs. What a relief! You returned irreplaceable data which would have been gone forever.

If I ever hear of anyone else suffering the agony of a computer crash like I did, I will definitely recommend Bnytech !

Very pleased with the service. On site appointment in my Manhattan office late at night. Hard drive crashed badly on my MacBook Pro. I had my data back with a new hard drive next day, for a very reasonable price. fast service, honest advice and reasonable pricing. What else can you ask for? Highly recommended.

Yay! Finally a place that's got prices like Fry's but without all the zombies looking to eat your brains because they have none of their own.

Yay! A place I can go to for computer stuff that has everything I need but doesn't triple the price like Best Buy

A local store that doesn't gouge and has good service. Go here first.

My mom is 72 years and uses the computer to play cards and games because she has really bad arthritis in her hands and can't hold a deck of cards. When her computer stopped working the local store told her it would cost $400 to fix. I was skeptical about what they were saying, and decided to shop around. I found Bnytech online here at citysearch. They came out to look at it and found that the problem was not with the computer at all, it was just a bad wire in the power cable, which they were able to fix the same day. My mom has been happily playing cards again and they gave her a senior discount, so it only cost $50, not $400 which made her very happy since she is on a fixed income. You've got to call these guys if you have any problems, they are very honest and give the customer great service.
