Came out same day (well, he came out that night around the time he said he would). Took care of the issue , replaced Thermocouple and adjusted pilot light. Gave me recommendations to get a carbon monoxide detector and think about replacement of 22 yr old, rusty, furnace in near future. Cost seemed reasonable compared with what I have heard from other people with this type of issue. Steve seems like an honest guy and seems genuinely interested in helping and not trying to take all of your money. Heat is on now and I won't freeze this weekend.

This rating is long overdue. Steve and his crew are some of the most honest and professional contractors i've worked with.

When our A/C originally quit on us, I received calls from a few different contractors. Each wanted to charge $60 to come out and just take a look. Steve took a different approach, and actually worked with me over the phone to find out what the problem was. WHen he came out to fix it, he worked for 2 hours in a downpour. And when the AC broke again, he came back out, figured out the next problem, and took care of it, no questions asked. I will recommend Steve Cellucci to anyone who needs AC work. Excellent Job!

Steve and his assistant gave me a good deal on a 15 SEER Carrier and installed it promptly. The thing that surprised me is how BIG these higher efficiency units are. Be aware of that, no matter who you use. We had to modify the space where the old unit was to accomodate the new one, but it was no bother in my case.

Cellucci Heating and Air Conditioning worked with us on a system that fits our needs. We wanted a hybred system and it is installed and working! We needed some extra duct work and it was well done. The new heat is very even. Have not used the Air Conditioning yet.

Returned calls promptly and clearly explained the details of his bid and the acual job. Convient scheduling and showed up as he said he would. Offered alternative unit to help us save some additional money. Work completed as agreed, heater functions as it should, clean up and disposal of old equipment handled well.
