I called Advanced electrical to do some work, and was told someone would come out at the end of the week...a week later received a call that they were behind but would come the next week....that was 3 weeks ago. Never heard from them again. They will never hear from me again.

Working to complete a remodel of a basement space and converting it into a 500 sq ft in-law suite. AE Inc provided a good quote and performed excellent work during all stages of the process.

The Advanced Electrial Team was very professional and courteous in all aspects. Work was completed in a timely fashion and they maintained a clean and neat workspace. They were able to minimize storage-space loss in the attic, leaving most of the attic still useable. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to other homeowners for AC install service.

When Jason came out, he started to fix little things before being hired for the work (which included running the wires & install a pool table light fixture, install GFI circuits in the kitchen & remove electrical wiring going out to the backyard). The fact that he was fixing little things during the estimate might have been a ploy because I have to admit, I did feel obligated to hire him to do the rest of the work. I didn't get other estimates (a mistake on my part). Price seemed ok, but after they left, I noticed that my other GFI circuit for my bathrooms no longer worked, which I feel may have been caused by them, but I was charged again.

There is a problem with one cieling fan they installed. I left a message regarding that on Thursday and that has not been returned. Otherwise they did a good job.

Being a new homeowner and not much of a handy person, it's easy to get taken advantage of. But we really needed an attic fan installed. So we had to take a chance and call someone. We're more than happy with Advanced Electrical. They really took the time to explain different things we could to to save energy & money on our heating/cooling. They were very professional but still down-to-earth, local guys. We would highly recommend them and would absolutely call them again.

They were very professional. Availability was better that I expected and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. Would definitely recommend them and I plan to use them again in the future.
