Carpet in rough shape due to dog that is housetrained (i.e. goes in house instead of outside) :-(. Work was excellent. Have had other carpet cleaning services that came and went in 1 hr or less. This service was here for 3 hours doing their best with the carpet + 6 chairs. Chairs did not come totally clean, but much, much better after cleaning. Carpet and chairs were relatively dry after service. Carpet looked almost new when service finished. Also reset carpet at several thresholds. Cost of doing all was quite reasonable. Actually, better than reasonable. - W.C.
