His price was head and sholders better than the competition for the same product. He arrived promptly when he said he would with guys that were polite and courteous. Gene kept us updated, by phone calls, with progress as it happened so we never felt in the dark and cleaned up well when they left. I would not hesitate to recommend him if you ever need a furnace replaced and I will be using him again for future projects.
