The only reason that I come here is because it's convenient. They have a shuttle that runs to MARTA, so it's the only way I can take my car to the dealer without being stuck. I have had numerous repeat problems that they have not fully fixed and they won't look into the problem further without charging me. Even when they did find the route of the problem, my car was conveniently out of warranty by then and they wanted to charge me for it.

I contacted Jim Ellis Audi to inquire about purchasing a car. The internet sales manager, Bob Harris, responded back to me inquiry about the best price he could offer me with the RUDEST email I think I've ever seen. I was so surprised by how unprofessional and condescending he was. I wasn't even a customer yet. He was trying to earn my business. I simply asked him what the best price he could give me was, and he told me that although the economy is bad, he is not hurting at all and he doesn't need my pity business...and, that if I don't buy a car from him, if I get it serviced at Jim Ellis, he will make sure I don't get treated as well as those that purchased cars from him! There is too much competition out there, especially in this economy when no one is buying cars...PLEASE DO NOT GIVE JIM ELLIS AUDI, BOB HARRIS business!
