Bay Shore cleaning was a great, honest company to do business with. The price was very fair and the service was second to none. David (owner) took the time to explain what he was doing and what products he was using. David displayed exceptional customer service and a passion for perfection. I will never use another carpet cleaning company again! Trust me on this one! First class!

Not only do you get the cleanest carpets,but also the personal attention of the owner of the company. Had a Dr. appt. and it ran over the time I allowed for it and called David,and he was so understanding about it. So when I got home I called him and he came right over..........you don't see that to often.Great job and a kind and consiterate person to work with.

Bay Shore Cleaning Services was professional, knowledgeable and timely with their service. The owner was was prompt, on time, sensitive to the situation and to the home environment. I received oustanding service including instructions on immediate care, interim care and post care of the rug. Lastly, I recieved a follow-up call inquiring about the status of the carpet. The carpet looks is perfect and looks like a new carpet thanks to Bay Shore! Without hesitation I recommend Bay Shore Cleaning Services and will call for their services again.

David was prompt and courteous. He made my carpet look close to new. He was thorough and I felt comfortable enough to leave my home while he did the job. David followed up with me a few days later to make sure I was satisfied.
