Bad service rude employees very bad experience

So I went to see Kathy for some skin issues and hair removal 2 weeks ago. I bought one of her deals on groupon. Her "spa" is located in her home at a side entrance of her house. When I pulled up to her house the first thing I noticed is that the front of her home is totally hoarded. Boxes and crap just piled on her porch everywhere. I went to the side entrance rang the bell and she let me in. Her spa consists of a bed surrounded by massive clutter everywhere! The room smelled moldy and the linens were dirty! She has hi tech machines amongst all the clutter and claims she is the best laser person out there! How the hell can she conduct ANY kind of business in this filthy cluttered place. Her ad and website looked decent enough but HOLY MOTHER OF GOD! She didn't act professional AT ALL and looked unkempt. RUN for the hills

Horrible lady gave me several scars despite me going there as a regular. I can't fathom why a mother of 2 daughters can do this to another person/ lady/ girl I may just winding up taking her to court. She literally butchered me with the pore opener- sharp device. Showed my mom what had happened after my visit with her and my mum agreed that this woman is definitely a beast w no heart or conscience. Pay money to be in this situation guys- girls watch out!

I went to Ms Cathy oh about a month and a half ago. Saw her ad on CL. She offered so many diff kinds of treatments. My main concern was tags and moles, then veins and scars. She promised me to get rid of all my skin tags and defects, did some face thing and 2 scars and veins, the scars and veins were not changed one bit! it did nothing.l BUT ALL THE TAGS and 2 were on my face were burnt to a crisp!! She put scars that look like holes in my face which look way worse than what I had there. She must have had laser too high. Now she won't help me and had some guy call me to scare me to not call her again I will get her attention one way or another!!! I plan on reporting her.
