Donenfeld Nancy L - A Better Way To Change Quickly

Now it seems as though I should have more stress than ever before, but I feel it isn?t nearly as bad. I'm handling it SO much more easily now-definitly manageable. I totally know I'll never go back to smoking. I don't have any need to smoke at all! It evaporated, like magic! I'm having big money problems, but I'm doing what I can do now and the whole thing seems different. I was so stressed out before I saw Nancy that I didn't think I could stop smoking. My friend made an appointment with Nancy to stop smoking and it seemed so easy for him. I figured if he could stop smoking with her, I could too. Smoking was costing me way too much money, and I just didn?t have the wind to play basketball like I used to anymore. Well, I was in such a state twhen I saw her that the next day, after I left her office, she called me to support me and to follow up because I asker her to. I never had a doctor do that before! Now, because of Nancy, I?m so much more positive, and I can deal with each thing in a much more positive and present way. My days now, are like interesting opportunities, and I?m absolutely a non smoker?. See this lady, I know you?ll be really glad you did!

The couple of sessions I had with Nancy Donenfeld, as well as the recordings she personally made for me that I could use for reinforcement if I wanted, have transformed my life as well as my body. Now that I have lost the 30 lbs, I?m back to my real self again, but a much more confident, happy and content self than I can ever remember being before I went to Nancy. My husband is amazed too about how happy I seemed and how easy it seemed to be to lose, while I was losing the weight and now how easy it seems to remain thin. I truly owe this to Nancy?s insight and the way she presented it and to what we did and how we did it in hypnosis though she prefers to call what she does, the Donenfeld Method. I do have to agree, it was like nothing I have ever read about or experienced before, and I?ve been around this type of area (New Age, alternative and complementary medicine, psychotherapy meditation...) for a good many years.

Nancy is so conscientious, she seemed to leave no stone unturned and she sent me my recordings right away. She emailed each one of them to me evidently right after or soon after each session because she told me that if I didn?t have it by the time I got home that evening, I should call and she would be sure to get it to me one way or another, right away. For some reason, I couldn?t download my first recording back in February and she had a CD of it dropped off to my apartment that evening!

I and the 3 other women, including my mother (whom I sent to Nancy), have had such great success losing weight rather easily with her as well? Nancy uses such a different orientation and method than any I have ever experienced that this time, losing this weight seemed so easy and natural. I?m so amazed, it just came off. I?m also sure it?ll last because now my attitude toward my body, my weight, my ability to be thin, to eat accordingly and to exercise accordingly is way different from the other times I lost weight. My friends and mother say the same thing!

My entire experience with Nancy has been incredible. My friends and mother encouraged me to write this. We were all very pleased and had great experiences. I just wish everyone who has an issue with their weight (and I?m sure her system would work with anything else too, as it did with something else she and I addressed), would have the good luck to find Nancy and the good sense to see her. I got significantly, significantly more than my money?s worth here. In fact, it was the best money I?ve spent in years. The weight I needed to lose is still off and is staying off easily. Incredible!

I don't know about anyone else, but all I can say is that I'm a non smoker and I don't even try to figure out how Nancy did this to me. I now see why the below reviews I've read about Nancy from other patients with smoking problems sound so enthusiastic and thankful. It worked for me too-immediately. I've never even wanted one since I walked out of her office.

I want to deeply thank you for sharing with me your style and technique. You?re a really caring and wise teacher. From speaking on the telephone just 2 times, I find myself cleaning everyday and organizing everything just as we talked about. My life is so much more organized now and I am so much more relaxed. I even find myself having the time now and inclination to finish my dissertation. I?m amazed at how easily I study now and focus. Thank you so much. I don?t think I could have gotten to this place without you., certainly not nearly as quickly-maybe never-my dissertation notes have been sitting here, unfinished for 2 years!

I honestly find the Donenfeld Method to be completely lasting and incredibly effective. I am so impressed with Nancy and her style and work. There is nothing like it.
I made an appointment because I had a major snoring issue. My girlfriend would not stay in bed with me throughout the whole night and either made me leave her house or went home. This was a really big problem. Sometimes, I?d sleep on the couch but I hated that. I had the throat operation to correct it but it didn?t work. I would still snore especially when I slept on my back. My girlfriend had heard about Nancy Donenfeld and insisted that I go see her. In just one session, I slept silently all through the night. It was so amazing. It worked like magic. I?m so grateful I saw Nancy. She saved my relationship and now my girlfriend and I are tighter than ever before. With Nancy?s help, I worked through some other things about my relationship too, and so rapidly. It was great! I most highly recommend this woman for anything!!

I have worked with quite a few therapists during my residency and college years, but never did I come across anyone as amazing and gentle as Nancy Donenfeld. The results are immense and incredible. I went to see Nancy just 3 weeks ago, upon a friend's recommendation, for insomnia and anxiety because of all the stress I was having in school and in my private life. I couldn't really concentrate, my memory was terrible, and I couldn't sleep properly. I felt noone could help me including my own doctors. As a result of the Klonopin and other medications prescribed by my own doctor, I was unable to focus during my waking hours and I was gaining weight. After just 4 sessions with Nancy, I'm sleeping like a baby, I'm eating much better and more consciously now, my energy levels have shot up dramatically and my skin even looks noticeably better too. We've worked on all kinds of things. I'm really amazed at how fast Nancy works. The world needs more people like Nancy. She is a true healer - I highly recommend her!

I was skeptical also, smoked for 20 plus years, I was smoke free from my first session with Nancy,I highly reccommend her to anyone interested in changing anything about themselves, it is amazing!!! She is a true healer. When you decide it is time ,make the phone call, set the appointment, show up, it is that easy.

I became a non-smoker about 2 1/2 months ago thanks to Nancy Donenfeld. Six years ago after opening up my own business in Jersey, I began smoking about 2 packs of cigarettes a day. It became so bad, my husband and kids said I either quit soon or they can't live with me anymore. After just two sessions with Nancy, I quit smoking and it has been almost 3 months since I've had my last cigarette. I lost a remarkable amount of weight, over 20 lbs and overall have never ever felt this healthy before! Just two sessions with Nancy and I've regained lost health and vitality...thank you thank you thank you!

My name is Adriana and I heard about Nancy Donenfeld through someone at work. All I have to say is that this woman changed my life completely. I smoked ever since I was 18 years old - before I moved here from Europe, and I was desperat to find a way to quit soon. I tried everything!!!!! My friend pushed me to go because she had been smoking for over 10 years too and Nancy help her quit after one appointment and seeing how stressed my life was, she wanted me to go see Nancy. She told me she would personally take me because she knew she would help me quit for good. Well that's exactly what happened. After 1 hour with Nancy, I quit smoking!! I sit here writing this to the world and I still can not believe that I have been smoke free for 6 months now and will be forever and ever. I don't even like the smell of it anymore. There are a handful of people out there who wholeheartedly give up their time and self to healing others on the mental and emotional level. I feel that Nancy Donenfeld is one of these few most respected therapists/guides who works effectively (and so rapidly, I was totally amazed!) with patients to heal a wide-range of issues from weight-loss to fears, anxiety, self-confidence building and addiction (to name a few). My experiences with Nancy have helped me in ways I would have never imagined possible. Her great wisdom and skill opens the doorway to deeper experiences of yourself. I really feel everyone could learn from this wonderful, wise, caring woman and I would absolutely, recommend her to you.

I had a nervous habit of biting the inside of my mouth ever since I was a kid. My dentist told me that if I didn't stop, I could get mouth cancer. Right after that, I saw Nancy's add in a magazine an made an appointment. After the first session of hypnosis, I walked out of her office and have never bitten the inside of my mouth since. If she could do that, I asked myself, "what else can she do?" I had been putting on weight and so went back to have her program my mind to keep me from eating pastries especially during the holiday season. I lost 8 pounds in six weeks. Last year I had a total knee replacement and before the operation, I went to see Nancy once again. This time she made me unconsciously walk with a smooth gate, without a limp while going through the rehabilitation process. My new knee now works better than many of my friends who have had the operation. In fact it is better than when I was a kid.

It is truly amazing what you can accomplish with Nancy's help. Also let me say that no one should be afraid of hypnosis. While you are "under" you are still aware of what is happening and will accept only those suggestions that you want to accept.

As a newcomer to hypnosis, I was admittedly skeptical but my eating habits were out of control, threatening my happiness and my career. On a friend's recommendation I made an appointment with Nancy Donenfeld and after just one session I experienced immediate,positive and effortless change. She tapes your session on a cassette or i-pod so that you can "reinforce" your unconscious mind anytime. The results for me have been instantaneous and life changing. I no longer over-eat nor do I feel deprived. I am firmly back in control (and greatly relieved!) Nancy Donenfeld is compassionate, nonjudgemental and wise. If you want to lose weight, quit smoking or other behaviors that do not serve you I cannot recommend Ms Donenfeld and her unique method highly enough.

Nancy Donenfeld is a miracle-worker. Her technique connects you to your inner reservoir of strength and power and allows you to heal yourself. I walked into her office a smoker and walked out A NON-SMOKER. I have now been smoke-free for years. I have sent many friends to her for a wide variety of problems. They have all been helped in a dramatic, lasting and FAST way. God Bless Nancy Donenfeld.

My grandfather had heart problems and doctors told him that he must quit smoking. He couldn't do it, in fact he was smoking even more. He visited Nancy to stop smoking through hypnosis. The result was UNBELIEVABLE. He left his cigarette pack at her office and never smoked again. Its amazing what our brain is capable of and we don't even know it.
After him, I realized that if this works for smoking it can work for any personal concerns... I visited her 6 times and I want to go even more...Its worth it and the best thing I have ever done for myself.... It is life changing!!!

Can't believe it! Never thought I could. Been trying for years. I used to love to eat ice cream at night, now I usually have bubbly water or tea. Thanks to Nancy, I'm a "thin person", though others might not be able to see it YET! I'm not an overweight person on a diet anymore and I hardly ever feel deprived since starting this program. I'm still losing and just know I'll keep the extra weight off forever. I seem to have a totally different attitude about eating and exercising than I ever had before . I am so amazed.

Nancy Donenfeld and her method really changed my life. I lost both 80 pounds and stopped smoking quite a long time ago and now I still think of myself as a thin person and as a non-smoker! The shifts seemed so easy with her. I'd recommend this place to anyone. And the whole process was quite enjoyable too. I must say, I was thoroughly and totally amazed at how I easily I stopped smoking in one session, and not only didn't gain weight after that, but proceeded to lose the 80 pounds and have honestly kept it off. Wow!!!!!! I can't thank her enough!!!!
