I was looking online for a handy man to help with us in fixing some electrical wirings that needed some attention, as I was looking I found The Ultimate Handyman. I called and set an appointment with them the following day. I liked that they informed us about the whereabouts of the worker they were sending us to help with our needs. I manage a portfolio of 73 Commercial Properties in Los Angeles County. Eight of these properties are part of my own Real Estate investments. I have been working with Mr. Monteir's company since 1999 when I first hired him for handyman services and later for tenant Improvement Construction. For the last 11 years I have trusted his company to most of Major Tenant Improvements and construction upgrades, among many other construction repairs. They also have provided regular scheduled maintenance and emergencies services to all of my local properties near their offices.
With exception of rare hiccups; for which they made emends promptly, they have delivered on every job. We got to the point, that there is no need to quote jobs with anyone else. They are always reasonable, fair and downright unbeatable when it comes to quality versus price.
I appreciate their help and I am glad to write this review, even though it was more out of Rony??s constant reminders after every phone conversation ??Have you written that online review yet? But I digressed?
After all these years, we grew to be dependent on The Ultimate Handyman??s services; therefore, we are bias when it comes to rating their services, but if that is what it takes to keep them providing to us excellent maintenance services, reliable response times and unparalleled construction services, I am more than glad to oblige.
I only hope that they won??t get too busy. I still demand priority over anyone else reading this review.

It went very well and very fast. The job from start to finish was just over three weeks. Our kitchen had needed work for sometime, but we kept putting it off, because of concerns as to how it would affect my wife's health. (She has emphysema and is on oxygen all of the time). Rony and all of his guys were super efficient and yet at the same time were very conscious and considerate of my wife's condition. There is no way to not have dust, etc., but they did their best to minimize the impact to other portions of the house. We always knew what the plans were for each day and who was going to be at the house and at what time. If there was any question at all, we could call Rony who was always available, seemingly 24/7. He is still available to us for a couple of very little things that have cropped up. The best part is we have a great kitchen.
