I was in a car accident with some friends a few months ago, and I suffered a pretty bad case of whiplash. The accident was definitely NOT my friend's fault - the police came out and we were rear-ended by a drunk driver. I went to see Dr. Mairs Chiropractic in San Diego Mission Valley, because in addition to bad neck pain, I also was feeling shoulder, hand pain, numbness and tingling. I've been back to see Dr. Mairs 8 times, and after each visit, each of my pains gets a little better. I have much more movement in my neck and the numbness and tingling have virtually gone away. I really want to thank you Dr. Mair for giving me back my life. I want to recommend him to anyone, especially who have experience whiplash from a car accident.

I went to see Dr. Mairs at his San Diego Mission Valley chiropractor office for some serious back pain that has been coming and going, literally for years. The pain has always been in the right side of my back, but this time, my entire back was inflamed and I couldn't even get out of bed without horrible pain. Dr. Mairs took a lot of time to understand what might be going on with me, and then layed out a plan he said was designed to deal with pain that has been going on for years and always seems to come back. After the first two visits, I started to get some relief, and after two more, I could feel a real difference - much less pain and freedom of movement. I give Dr. Mairs a lot of credit and have no problem recommending him to friends and family because of his well thought out approach and his healing hands.

I've had some hard jobs over the years - with trucking companies and independent haulers. The jobs were plain hard on my back, more than anything from lifting heavy stuff, bending over all the time and just living with the lower back pain because nothing worked. My ex wife used Dr. Mairs for some knee and hip problems caused by sitting around too much and doing nothing - just the opposite of my back prodlems! Well now my back is feeling like it did 10 maybe 15 years ago, stronger and pain free most time. Dr. Mair is great!

I've been participating in mixed martial arts programs, with a specialty in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (I have been learning the Gracie method here in San Diego). Through this practice, I've developed some extreme pain in my neck and back, and I visited several pain management specialists in San Diego before finding out about the unique approaches to pain management and staying in fighting shape with Dr. Andrew Mairs Chiropractic in San Diego. His Sound Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (SASTM) therapy is amazing and highly recommended. SASTM supposedly breaks down scar tissue that has developed from surgery, repeated strain, or other mechanisms and is great for reducing pain and restoring function for many neck/spine and extremity problems. All I know is that it works. I am back to competing in mixed martial arts, and now I feel like I have a good way to ensure that I will stay in shape and hopefully limit future injuries.

I am an avid tennis player and golfer here in San Diego. One day you'll find me at Balboa Tennis Club and the next, on the North Course at Torrey Pines (my husband and I moved to San Diego from Cleveland when we retired, so playing sports in San Diego is like heaven!). Anyway, because I play so much, I developed a bad case of tennis or golfer's elbow - not sure which but all I know is that it got so bad, I couldn't do play any sports without severe pain and greatly hindered movement. I heard about Dr. Andrew Mairs Chiropractic in San Diego (mIssion valley, near Qualcomm), and that he was getting great results in pain reduction where other therapies weren't working for tendinitis. After a series of visits, he worked some kind of magic because now my elbow is pain free and I'm back to playing the sports I love! Thank you Dr. Mairs!
