Recognized as the "greenest" restaurant in America by the U.S. Green Building Council with the LEED Platinum certification. Located next to Proximity Hotel. Enjoy a vibrant dining room with windows overlooking gardens on three walls, with abundant natural light and terrace dining by a 2.5 acre natural area and stream. The honest drinking bar has a cool yet kinetic energy in a provocative yet relaxed atmosphere. Traditional and modern versions of classic dishes popular in European Bistros. Wonderful wine selection with many by the glass.
I was very pleased with Print Works Bistro. I thought the scenery was absolutely gorgeous and the drapery was beautiful. Once I got passed the beauty of the restaurant, was anxious to get my food. I ordered the rainbow trout, which I have to say was magnificent. The portion was a very nice size and the flavor was awesome. Overall, I thought the restaurant was very pleasing. Also, I have to commend the restaurant for focusing on the environment and their locals. I would definitely go back to Print Works Bistro! Thanks you, for a fine dining experience.

While the ambiance was nice, and the "green" concept is commendable, the food leaves much to be desired. I was surprised because this is a sister restaurant to Green Valley Grille and Lucky 32, both restaurants I believe are pretty good. The food was bland and tasteless, and if you are looking for great food, I recommend trying something else.
Pros: ambience, "green restaurant"
Cons: food
