Terrible. This management company put me in a home that was a foreclosure! I had to move out three weeks after moving in. They said it wasn't their responsibility and did NOTHING to make things right. Don't trust them, do your research in every property, owner, and management company.

i visited 2 houses and they were both very nice with there help i now rent from them and it has been a great relationship so far, they have been great to work withand will work with you which is nice

I only saw one property of theirs when I was searching for a place to live, and I was not impressed with the quality of the duplex. It needed to be cleaned and the kitchen probably needed to be renovated. The agent who showed it to me was nice however. And on their website, you can tell that they have some nice properties, it just makes me wonder how much effort they put into them.
