I love the vibe of this place. It looks very modern inside, but the food still tastes traditional and home made. The prices are reasonable as well and the owner is such a sweet guy.

On a cold day, this is the place to go if you want piping hot pho. While most pho places basically the same menu, this place offers creative combinations and additions to their dishes. It's not too expensive but definetly a little bit more than say Ca Dao but it is worth it because the food is just that little bit more tasty.

I was excited too when this place first opened up, because it was much closer to where I lived in el cajon, because before I had to drive all the way to campus area for vietnamese food. However, I was disappointed when their bun bo hue (my favorite dish) lacked flavor and content. Their pricing is a just a bit more than regular pho restaurants, but still decent. The restaurant is very clean and looks pretty modern, with also a great selection of drinks, and the workers are friendly. Now I actually live much closer to pho superbowl than before, but I still prefer to go to the ones around campus (especially pho thanh) for a more satisfying bowl.

When I first discovered this restaurant, I was very excited that Vietnamese food was made available in the La Mesa area. It made the Vietnamese food craving more accessible. Without a doubt, I gave this restaurant a try, and little did I know, I was amazed by their taste and customer service. My relatives who come down from San Jose regularly visit this restaurant as their dishes are very traditional and owners are friendly. They are like family to us. Their menu definitely tops it off with Mi Quang, a delicious noodle dish with minimal soup. Also, their teas are refreshing!!! Price= unbeatable.
