George's has the best Mediterranean food in Seattle...the best I have ever had. It's a small place, only a few seats. You may have to wait a bit to sit and/or get your food but it is WELL WORTH THE WAIT. George is the only cook (with 2 helpers setting things up). He gets all of his spices sent from his mother in Israel. </p> <p>The combo platter is so delicious and the meat is very tender and juicy. The homemade tzatziki sauce is the best I've ever had. </p> <p>George is very nice, welcoming, and pleasant to be around.
