I loved the crepes (and I'm not even a huge fan of them). My second time of going there was better than my first time (I had let some time pass). They're only getting better!!

Have never been for lunch or Dinner but hope too. Breakfast- benedicts, crepes, omelets, quiche. I have enjoyed the benidicts and crepes but the best are the almond croissants. When I go to the mall I pick up one for the next AM. I didn't live 30 min away would have brunch there 2/month and probably dinner once a month or so.

As new restaurants go this one is competing with the best in Southpark. We love the quality level for the price point and find the value excellent. With all made from scratch food and a great ambiance we know we are not in a 'chain" restaurant...but give this one some time and you may see more than one.

Some of the staff have been there since opening and are really good at remembering us and what we like.
If anything is not right with your meal they won't expect you to pay for it.

Good customer service and friendly atmosphere.

Charlotte has so little to offer that Cafe Monte seems worth a try. If you have been to an actual bistro in another part of the world, then this is average food at best. The service is slow and if you want to take something home from the front counter then be ready to waste atleast half hour of your time while the incompetent man behind the counter figures out what he's doing. He has atleast been there for six months and yet looks as confused as the first time I had the displeasure of ordering something from the bakery end.I do admit I have returned again for the coffee and crepes. But for all else, this place is dime a dozen.
