I called around for my washer Neptune's no body wanted to help me except for appliance medic they came out out and repaired my washer they had the part on the van what a pleasure the are very good

They called immediately. Came out promptly and diagnosed the problem. A part had to be ordered which came in quickly and they installed it that same day.

He arrived on time. Diligently checked the dishwasher, diagnosed the problem and showed me what was wrong and why. Discussed repair and cost which I agreed to. He fixed the problem. Was pleasant and professional.

My dryer Iis a ge harmony that was not workink I called a few reapir shops no body wanted to help me. Then I called appliance medic they came out and figured out the problem.Gave me a fair price ordered the parts and it was repaired in 2 days very helpful and recomended

We came home from florida at 5 pm and our refrigrater was not working and there was an awful smell .Went on line and called a few companies the onlly one that wanted to help me was Appliance Medic they were there in less then 1 hour to pepair the refrigerater and also gave me good advice how to take the smell out from the unit we can not thank him enough

WE CALLED AIR MECHANICAIL TO FIX THE OVEN AND THEY CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY TO LOOK AT IT AND THEY GAVE ME APRICE AND THEY HAD THE PART ON THE VAN AND IT WAS DONE THE SAME DAY IT WAS A PLEASURE TO HAVE THEM THEM OUT TO REPAIR

My wife and I called Maytag for the nearest repair center in NJ near us. They gave us Air Mechanical Control. It has been a disaster. They came out and said it was a free estimate. When another man showed up, he would not leave without $65 site payment. He said we made it up that it was free and the guy who scheduled it said we lied. Then, we ordered the part since we need our ice maker fixed. He said the $65 would go towards the price. They ordered it and said it would be here in a few weeks. Months went by, and they each time would say, it would be in tomorrow. After 3 months, a man would pick up the cell phone and immediately hang up every time he saw our number or heard our voice. They will not return our money-and Maytag said they could not refund any money from a 3rd party vendor even if it is approved by them. The part never came, it has been over 7 months, and they will not return or speak to us. The price after the estimate was originally $250, so we got Maytag to call them on conference call. The man there said the part was over $1000 and that we told him never to order it. He said we are lying and that he didn't know what we were talking about. Since it was so much, he said that we should just go by another refirgerator. He said the $65 was his to keep. Maytag said sorry, they could not help. It is the worst customer service I have ever had (by Maytag and Air Mechanical) and I feel duped by them both- It is unreal that they can operate and that Maytag has no interest in helping. We have now tried elsewhere and they will give us it for under $300. They flat out lied so that they could make a sneaky visit fee and changed the price just to take our money. NEVER TRUST THEM, my wife and I are so frustrated we will never use them or buy Maytag again-and we put this on the web since there is nothing else a customer can do.
Cons: THey lie and steal your money.
