I don't want to go into a whole lot of detail, but this dealership is not concerned with satisfying their customers. I bought a new 2010 Forte there in the summer of 2010. The car had a defective engine. They agreed to replace the engine block, but not the entire engine. As they started to re-assemble the engine, they discovered that many of the parts didn't fit - KIA had made some changes to the engine since the time mine was manufactured. At this point, I really had no confidence in the original car with its cobbled-together engine and requested that they replace the car with a new 2010 Forte. They flatly refused to even consider this, and the only recourse they offered was to "allow" me to trade it in on a new 2010 Optima which, because of some rebates, was actually less expensive than another new Forte at that time. I ended up getting the Optima because I felt that the original Forte was likely to have problem after problem - after all, it had had nothing but problems from the time I bought it. I ended up spending a lot more money for a car I never even really wanted. I guess, in trying to fix the engine of the original Forte, Suntrup KIA was doing what was required by law, but they were not willing to go one step beyond what the law required. They sold me a lemon and should have replaced it whether the law required them to or not.

The salesperson at Suntrup made me feel very pressured and when I told him I wanted to think about it he said well why did you even have me run your credit. His finance manager was just as unfriendly as the sales person they didn't talk to us like valuable customer when we wanted to think about it. We finally drove 90 miles to Kingdom Kia and got great customer service from everyone one we dealt with.

a terrible place to buy a new vehicle it was my worst experience ever, in 40 years of buying cars. The deciet lies and uneithecal behavior astounded me when i bought a Kia Soul at their dealership last week! Another Kia Dealer in the St. Louis area was no better when i was told that i should not buy a base model Soul because they do not have air conditoning and come only with roll up windows. A total lie! I would not recomend buying anything from Suntrup automotive.

Had good service, and I do love my car, even though I think it was a little over priced. Would buy a car from them again. If you are looking for a kia, check them out

The sales people were very kind and trustworthy. They made the car buying process hassle free, and truly enjoyable. If they don't have it, they will find it! "If it's not right, they'll make it right for free".... they've stood by this for the past 40 years! A TRUE family atmosphere and business. I will never shop anywhere else!
