not happy at all with this car dealer. said i can trade into a new car and next minute i can't. i too wasted alot of time there and got the runaround. if i had 5000 dollars i wouldnt need help!

Brown Daub Kia worked with me when nobody else would. I came in due to the funny radio ads after being unsucessfull elsewhere. I love my new car and have referred two people down since then which helped me make my first two payments

Brown Daub Kia works very hard to assure that our customers have a great experience when visiting our dealership. In the days of blogging, it is even more challenging to work with anonymous opinion. We have found in some avenues of social media competitive dealers will post negative blogs and never be a real customer in the first place. I do not know which is the case here. I agree with the other reviewer. They do not care about the buyers at all. Waited forever for help. Explained my credit was not good and that I didn't have a down payment. Told me no problem. Waited 2 days to hear about financing. Salesman told me come down after work and everything will be ready. I specified 3x if everything wasn't ready to call me..got down there and nothing done turn around and went home. Callled back the next day nothing until I got pre-approved from my bank myself. Went back down, went to sign ppwk for an overpriced PT cruiser and told me I had to have $1000 down. I told them I didn't have it but could get 500. They told me no. Called back telling them my bank pre-approved me for another $500 and never heard back. Went to another dealer and got financed for a better car at a better price in 24 hrs. My advice....unless you have alot of time to waste and money to throw away on over priced used cars.....avoid them!

I tried to bu a car here because they say everybody drives in their radio commercial. I spent four hours there and left without a car. I do have bad credit from a bad divorce but I warned them of that when I called. The sales guy said no problem! I will never get those four hours back. A week later I got turn down letters from ten banks which dropped my score lower.
