Edible Bliss Confections

Let me tell you, I have not had very many good customer service experiences since I moved to New York from Texas, five months ago. I must admit, this one was the best by far. First of all, my entire schedule was thrown off by another company who had me waiting over an hour for a delivery, only to find out they did not have my order on their truck and I had to go and pick it up. Then, I got lost trying to find Edible Bliss Confections, totally my fault because I printed directions from my house and not from the business I ended up leaving from. Needless to say, Natahlia (the owner and artist), waited an hour and a half for me to pick up my cake. I was suppose to be there at 9 and did not make it until 10:30pm. She made a joke and told me she had already gone home, but I wasn't even upset because she had been so patient with me. Again, it was a joke; she brought my cake downstairs to me and she was so sweet, patient and delightful. I even asked her to invoice me for her time because I felt so bad, but she refused. The cake was absolutely gorgeous; I was so impressed! Also, I ordered the cake two days before my partner's party because I had just found Edible Bliss Confections online, and Natahlia had no problem making sure it was prepared by the time I needed it. Long story, short: The service was phenomenal, the cake was oh so delicious and beautiful to the point none of us wanted to cut it, Natahlia is an angel and was "my saving grace," and I will undoubtedly be ordering from Edible Bliss Confections in the very near future and any other time I need a beautiful, scrumptious treat. Thanks so much Natahlia, you made my partner's birthday extra, extra special and we absolutely loved your red velvet PERFECTION :-)

You get exactly what you ordered!! For my daughter's 1st birthday I had imagined a 3 tiered magician/magic themed cake. In my mind I saw stars everywhere, some playing cards, top hats, purple, blue, white colors, and thats exactly what Edible Bliss created for me. It was very easy to communicate with Natahlia, she always responded quickly, they work with your price range, and they deliver ON TIME. I ordered from Edible Bliss & it was the best choice I ever made. It was a for an important company function so i had a few ideas. Natahlia immediately listened to my ideas & gave me wonderful suggestions. She personally delivered her creation. The cupcakes were even more impressive than i imagined. The attention to detail was amazing. The taste was divine. Needless to say, they were the center of attention. I still get clients calling for her number.

I was in search of something unique. What i received was a masterpiece. Natahlia SCULPTERED a replica of my son's MOTORCYCLE. The attention she paid to detail was incredible. The chocolate cake was moist, rich and the icing was light and creamy. It was the perfect combination. My guest were so impressed with the creation they didn't want me to cut it. But once first slice was tasted, there was literally nothing left. Every inch of the cake was edible, hence the name Edible Bliss. I will definitely order again.

Somehow, I was put in charge of getting the cake for friends birthday party. I wasn't given much guidance (there would be 25 guests, the birthday girl liked flowers, and "make sure it's got some yellow in it"), nor did I have any experience ordering cakes. A friend recommended Edbile Bliss because they had used them. I lucked out. I spoke to Natalia, who was really nice (and patient), and basically designed a cake from what little info I provided. When the cake arrived at the party, I was impressed. Every woman at the party oohed and ahhed at the cake, which was covered with cascading, delicate, hand-made sugar flowers - making me a hero. Better yet, when we finally got to eat it (after lots of photos), it was delicious! It felt bad to have to wreck the beauty of it to eat it, but it was worth it! I will definitely use Edible Bliss again, and strongly recommend them.

I ordered a cake from Edible Bliss Confections for the first time last week for my girlfriends baby shower. Nathalia came up with so many ideas it was hard to choose between them. Most of the time really gorgeous cakes taste dry and stale- not this one! It was the most moist delicous chocoalte cake I have ever tried and the buttercream was heavenly.They delivered it to the restaurant in Manhattan which made it really easy the day of the party not having to worry about transporting a cake myself. Cant wait to order again!

All of their cake flavors will please any pallet, no matter which one you try,and their designs look amazing. I have used them many times for special occasions and birthdays, for both my business and personal use, and they have always come through with a great product.
