Exceed Builders

Based on the company description I THOUGHT I WAS FINALLY GOING TO FIND A GOOD CONTRACTOR! HOWEVER, I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED! THE MIDDLE AGED FRONT DESK WOMAN WAS VERY RUDE AND ANNOYING AND THE MAN THEY SENT OUT TO BID MY PROJECT WAS FAKE AND TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY! THE ONLY WORDS I CAN USE TO DESCRIBE THEIR SALES TACTICS IS THAT OF A USED CAR DEALERSHIP. THEY WILL DO AND SAY ANYTHING TO HAVE YOU USE THEM!

God aweful people! you can go find someone else for MUCH cheaper that does a better faster job! I recommend doing a criminal record search with all contractors i invite into my home. Id definately recommend to run one on Kylee!....

It has been a pleasure to work with Kylee and the entire team at Exceed Builders. Great customer service and the ability to deliver outstanding results on time and on budget, beings with honesty and integrity both of which I experienced with Exceed Builders. It has been a pleasure to communicate with the entire staff and I have always felt that my needs were very important concerns that the staff took seriously. The professional presentation of Exceed Builders is best in class and I personally recommend Exceed Builders to anyone who is looking for quality craftsmanship and fair pricing. I will be using Exceed Builders for all of my future projects!

We recently went through a major expansion in our gymnastics facilty and used Exceed Builders as our contractor. Their quality of work, proffesionalism, and communication were unbelievable! Expansions and remodels are usually hard to go through but they made the process very easy and hassle free. We continue to get compliments each and every day on how great our facilty looks. We are so pleased with the experience and outcome of the whole project. We will continue to use Exceed Builders for future projects and highly recommend them to others.

These guys ROCKED! They didn't screw around, the quality was great and they REALLY cared about our family!!! Their designer listened to our needs, made our house larger (smartly) and we just love it!!!! If you want a remodel company that knows what they are doing than I suggest Exceed. There were some annoying moments for our family during the addition, but Exceed problem solved them quickly and explained to us what was going on. We will use them again for our kitchen remodel next Summer and have recommended them to our neighbors. At least there is one honest company out there!

Wow, was I surprised. I am attorney and I just don't trust people or companies for that matter. After my remodel, I do trust Exceed Builders. They followed through with their promises and kept me in the loop. They showed me different ways to actually lower my budget when I did not need things, instead of just handing me an inflated invoice. I would recommend Exceed if you are looking for a company that you can trust and a company where things are taken care of dilligently, methodically and with helpful expertise. Jon Nelson

Exceed Builders, Kylee Brooks and the entire Exceed team were wonderful to work with.We just finished an extensive 2800 sq ft addition. The Designer, Bearcreek Design was incredible to work with. Wade was able to "Walk" us thru our remodel in 3D, and the graphics are outstanding. Excellent Work, and communication from the entire staff. had some minor issues. But nothing to complain about and expected with a remodel addition of this size. Exceeds pricing was fair, and the end results are wonderful.If your looking to do an addition to your home. Call them.I know this is going to sound Cheesy, but the really did Exceed our expectations.

Exceed provided great customer service and excellent workmanship at a fair price. Communication was handled efficiently and expeditiously by the project manager Kylee Brooks. Additionally, Kylee assisted in a variety of areas that both saved time and provided a third opinion on what looked good,or didn't, in our Kitchen.
The lead person on the project, Dan Filkins, is an excellent craftsmen and a great problem solver. That combination proved to be very useful as the project moved forward. This was my first experiece with a contractor wherein they actually made money saving suggestions.
