These guys know there stuff, plus all the people there make it a friendly environment( not counting the time i was told to grow a pair). this a good place. I will now go for BJ's belt.

5 Stars: Ringside Boxing Club-Plano is Outstanding (by Matt H.)

Ringside Boxing Club is owned and managed by an incredible and professional staff. Training and especially sparring when supervised by a professional coaching staff isn't designed for a student to end up causing injury to him/herself or their training partner. A person who thinks otherwise is missing the whole aspect of this sport and being disrespectful to both the coaches and students who come to the club to learn technique and improve their fitness level.

4 Stars: Good Workout. (by Garrett H.)

Before I became a member at Ringside Boxing I had a weak upper body and couldn't punch hard at all, now I can punch much harder and have more stamina. But when I became interested in becoming a good fighter I was a bit disappointed by the lack of people interested in sparring and when you do find a sparring partner, the trainers will often tell you to go easier if you give it your all in the match.

5 Stars: Fit Grandma (by Joanie L.)

I had resigned myself at the age of 54 to look like a Grandma. My friend convinced me to come to Ringside with her. At first I couldn't do the whole workout, but the instructors were very patient and day by day it got easier. I am in the best shape ever, I have more energy than I did at 20. Thanks guys!

3 Stars: A bit dissapointed (by ropeadope)

I was excited to find a boxing gym close to my job and in a safe area. The staff was extreamly nice when I walked in to have a look. They invited me back that evening for a free class. Great workout but not what I was expecting. Ive watched boxing for years and I can tell you that the instructor new little about the sport. The class was centered around boxing with pushups and situps in between. Again, it was a great cardio workout, but I was a bit dissapointed at the level of instruction. Im a out of shape 43 yr old, and I think I could have outboxed the teacher.

5 Stars: Awsome!!! (by Sonny G.)

Its the most intense workout I've ever done, by far...i get a great workout every time I go, which is five times a week. They got a bunch of bags, a brand new ring and awesome trainers who put you though the most intense, actual result showing workout. I feel better and more energetic every day since i started working out at Ringside. Check it out, I wouldn't train anywhere else.
