My boyfriend bought me the groupon for the laser hair removal. Originally the deal was $150 for 6 sessions. If you wanted a Brazilian you could pay a $150 upgrade or buy another groupon for a total of 12 sessions, I got 2. After 2 1/2 weeks of not being able to talk to someone, just being told they would contact me, I finally got someone on the phone who would talk. I was then informed that I would have to pay extra for the Brazilian. The manager Robin contacted the me the next day to let me know I could combine both groupons ($300, 12 sessions) for a total of 6 sessions and would have to pay an extra $850. When I explained that I had read on the message board that this is not what was offered her response was that someone else had written it (maybe they have 2 managers named Robin??) And that they had "forgotten" to include that it was an extra $150 PER session. Big difference in price! She was not very apologetic, more like, oh yeah, whoops. She told me I could use it for something else though. The whole reason I bought it was for the Brazilian. Never offered to try and work anything out, just kept telling me it was a great offer and how much of a response they had gotten.Wonder how many others will be expected to pay extra?! I called groupon that night and was told they had been having "problems" with this company, so looks like I'm not the only one. Groupon gave me money back. After the attitude I got, I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.
Love it! My mom gave me and my sister a spa facial from this place she said we had to try... I have to say that the facial was pretty awesome! My skin felt so soft and my complexion was glowing, the staff was so nice and informative! Will definately go back, did I mention it was 30% off!!

I purchased my laser hair treatments with a Groupon. I have receive great care and every technician has been very knowledgeable. I like that I was able to put the tip on my credit card which is very convenient. I am very satisfied with Elle Homme Spa

Recently I purchased services that were on special with my credit card. When I found out they accepted gift certificates from an external business I asked the owner if I could reverse the charges on my credit card and use the gift certificates from the external business to purchase the services instead. She said that it would be the equivalent of a refund and she does not accept these specific gift certificates for services on special because they are already discounted services; and that she is charged 17 per cent when she accepts these external gift certificates. It sounded like she would accept the gift certificates for future, full-priced services, but it was unclear to me. Then I asked her f I could use the gift certificates for gratuity for the people who perform the services and she said no because she is charged 17 per cent for accepting the gift certificates. To be fair with customers the spa's web site should specify when they accept the external gift certificates and when they do not to alleviate confusion and disappointment. If there is selective acceptance this should be explained in online disclosures. Why the external gift certificates cannot be accepted for gratuity is still unclear to me. If I had people working for me and their clients want to give them gratuity through gift certificates then what is the problem? Other local spas do this without problems, no conditions on forms of payment. The classic customer service saying is: "the customer is right."
I am working in Chicago and was looking for a relaxing Massage. I stumbled upon Elle at Ellehomme Holistic Med Spa. I was a little nervous because I have been going to the same Masseuse in Michigan for a number of years. Elle was so nice and thorough. She gives a fantastic massage and had a tremendous personality to boot. I am so happy I went to her and can't wait to go back again. She absolutely loves what she does and felt like I was a friend of hers when I left. This is truly a fantastic way to take the stress out of your day.
So i've been toying with the idea of fuller lips for that pouty look, lately i've been shopping around and have been to a few different places and settled on this place after a friends recommendation. I love this place! The staff is knowledgaeble, the customer service is second to none, no question was left unanswered and I didn't feel pressured into buying (which is important). My lips- i love 'em! They're full, pouty and now its time to go lip stick shopping!!!! I highly recommend this place!!
