I have a bit of a unique situation seeing as though I have a dog, cat and a bird. Because of this, It has been very difficult finding someone who can care for all my pet's needs. But Tom has been there right from the start. With Tom, you always have such excellent communication and caring. He sends me daily emails outlining exactly what he did and how the kids are. That way I know everyone is well cared for. He always goes the extra mile to make sure I am at ease while away. Thank you Tom.

Pros: good communication

Tom has been a godsend from the start. Initially, he took the time to meet Lucy and the family. He even offered a first walk with Lucy and me. We talked and he assured me that Lucy was going to have so much fun and meet many new friends. Tom just made me feel very comfortable about letting someone else walk my Lucy. He has not dissapointed one bit. Lucy really enjoys her walks with Tom and they have become good friends.

Pros: professional and cares for my pet greatly

Tom has been caring for my dog Rudy for a little over a year now. He has been 100% reliable and has formulated such a good relationship with Rudy. He leaves the most intricate notes about where they have gone and who they met. Occassionally, when Rudy needs to go to the groomer or vet, Tom is always there to help. He is very flexible to Rudy and my needs. I would recommend Tom to anyone who is in need of a quality dog walking service

Pros: dependable, reliable and loving towards my animal

Tom works very hard to make sure my two cats are well cared for. He sends me these super cute videos of them playing and having a good time together. Additionally, he takes the time out in each emaiI to let me know how my two loved ones are doing and how the visit went. It is so nice to know that Tom is there while I am away.

Tom has been there since day one for Delilah. He done a wonderful job bringing Delilah to the dog run and assisting in the training process. He has proved to be an integral part of Delilah growing into a happy and adjusted young adult. Thank you Tom.

Tom is an ultra nice guy and goes out of his way to fill in for extra walks and on weekend walks. Teddy is always so happy to see Tom. I am worried that Teddy is starting to like Tom more than me. In all seriousness, Tom does a grade A job!

Initially I only needed Tom for a few walks here and there. But because of his complete reliability and care for my Abbey I have increasingly used Tom more and more. He leaves the sweetest notes of where he has walked with Abbey and lets me know who they met. I am very pleased with Tom's service

I have been using Tom for the past year and I could not be more happy with his care for my cat (Emily) and dog (Brown). I utilize Tom's service when I travel on weekends for my two pets. He sends me cute videos which always bring a huge smile to my face and does a great job of keeping me up to date on how everything is going. Tom is a true professional and I am extremely happy with his service.

Tom has been walking my two Boston Terriers for the past year. He is always there for the afternoon walk and helps out many times when my wife and I go out to dinner. Tom's reliability and consistency makes my life sooo much easier. Thanks Tom!

Pros: Truly cares and always keeps me informed

Hi. This is Tom. I would like to respond to Graze Evan's review. I want to personally apologize for having to cancel last minute on Grace and Bo (her dog). I had a family emergency and had to take off from work for a few days. This is a complete rarity. Grace I am so sorry for cancelling last minute. All I can say is that I had a perfect track record and never missed a walk with Bo. Every once in a blue things happen. I have made precautions to have a back up walker if a situation like this arises in the future.

Pros: Extremely consistent and now a proper back up plan

When I interviewed Tom, he made a point of telling me that he was extraordinarily reliable and to prove his point, he said he was no longer taking on new dog walking clients but would make an exception for me.
Three weeks later, he called me to tell me he had taken on a new dog making it no longer convenient for him to walk mine.
As a result, I had less than 24 hours to find a replacement. If you are looking for reliability, definitely look elsewhere!!!
