The Bathtub Refinishing Association Of America is an organization dedicated to providing service providers and consumers with information about the bathtub and tile refinishing industry and connecting consumers with service providers in their area. In 2008 the Bathtub Refinishing Association Of America was conceived by its owner George Piccot. George runs a successful refinishing business in the Southern California area. Through all his efforts to maximize his business exposure to the world wide web he realized something, a huge demand for this service and a lack of quality sites for the service provider and consumer to turn to for answers. The goal of this site is to give the consumer the information and resources necessary to make a solid decision with whom they hire as their service provider and to give service providers a place to offer their services as well as a place to answer the needs of consumers by utilization of the forum system.

The BRAOA is a very informative site to both professional refinishers as well as home owners seeking refinishing advice or knowledge. George Piccot, the site's moderator, is very knowledgable in the refinishing field. I, myself have made many attempts with numerous individuals to establish a presence on the web. However, after speaking with George over the phone a couple of times, that thought became reality. I would encourage the BRAOA to any novice or expert refinisher. Our industry like many others needs continuing education and support.

This organization is exactly what our industry needed. A place where true professionals can exchange tips and knowledge to better serve our customers and a place where the consumer can can get an understanding of the reglazing process.

I want to thank George from the BRAOA for everything he has done! I am a retired police officer from New Jersey and was recently trained by TOPKOTE as a refinisher. George took me under his wing to ensure my success in refinishing and so far, so good. George even agreed to design my website on a donation fee basis as start-up costs have been high (http://www.njbathtubrefinishers.com). I have not yet joined in on the forum but have read plenty and learned a lot! THANK YOU!

I have been refinishing tubs for less than 2 years and braoa has been very helpfull to me! I couldn't imagine how hard it would be to figure out all of the time saving ideas that I have got from this site!

I have been in the refinishing business since 1993, and the Bathtub Refinishing Association is something this profession has needed for a long time. This is a place for refinishers like myself that care about or customers and about the quality of work we perform to share information to our customers and among the refinishing professionals around the country.

I have to say thank you to Bathtub Refinishing Association of America. I have been in the refinishing business for over 19 years and have seen a couple of different people/organizations try to start some type of support group for us which have failed. We need this group to help support each other and teach each other different techniques. What George has done, with no financial gain, is far above and beyond the call of duty. He will surely be blessed for his kindness and generosity of time and spirit. I have gained knowledge and my chin has been liffted from time to time as well, thanks to others on the site. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I have been a member for a few months now and enjoy it very much. lots of fun communicating with others in our trade about what is old, what is new, sharing gripes and success plus lots of pointers from every one. I say big KUDO's to BRAOA. Glad you exist.

While I am new to the Association I have found the orgnization to be an extremely valuable forum for the industry. Anyone that takes his or her refinishing business seriously can not help but benefit. It appears to me to be a must for anyone who want to do the most and the best that they can for their business and their customers. A great Idea and a much need organization for the industry. Thanks to George and all who make it work.

thanks to this great forum, so many problems were solved for me as a refinishing business owner. i find the members very knowledgeable , and you get to hear about other people methods and ways of solving problems.
George is doing a service to the public by initiating and maintaining this wonderful source of info.

I think George has done the general public a huge service by starting the Bathtub Refinishing Association of America. His website is dedicated to educating the public and giving resources and tips so the consumer so you feel confident when selecing a bathtub refinisher. I've used the site many times myself and often refer friends there. It's a valuable resource and one to bookmark.
