If you are looking to raise the bar for your workout, than this is the camp for you! Face it, we all think that we are "working out" when we do it on our own. After joining Kenosha Body Boot Camp---you realize that you really weren't! Shane makes it challenging, fun, personal and rewarding! I highly recommend to try it for a five week session and you be the judge if your workout is more challenging. I am 54 years old and I have lost about 20 lbs. and 7% of body fat. Step out of your comfort zone and give it a try!

I have been a member of boot camp since May. At first it was hard to get up in the morning and the work outs were exhausting. But soon I started seeing the results: not just the number on the scale, but my energy level during the day and my relationship with food changed too. Shane is motivating in a nonconfrontational way. The group dynamic is great too: no matter what your age or fitness level, everyone cheers everyone on. No one ever feels left out or incapable. Every week you leave feeling proud of yourself for doing something you never though you could do. It is rather costly, but after years of spending $ on gym memberships and/or classes that I lost interest in after a few weeks, it is definately worth it.

The program is great. I had not exercised in 15 years. I started loosing strength and gaining weight. I joined 5 weeks ago and already lost a pants size, plus I am getting my strength back.

Body Boot Camp is the FIRST exercise program I LOOK FORWARD to even the night before! You never know what Shane has in store for you when you come to class -- but you do know that you will be sweating and feeling the physical exertion and pushing yourself past a point you would never choose to by yourself. The exercises are always structured in a way that each of us can work at our own pace (well Shane helps us decide what that pace should be . . . no pity parties with him). I am probably the least coordinated weakling in the class and I still LOVE it. My core feels stronger and my posture is better. My 47-year-old body is feeling firmer. I feel healthier and happier. The group suffering appeals to my Irish Catholic sensibilities. We work hard together. I am encouraged, not intimidated, by the others who are physically in better shape. It gives me something to strive for.

What I appreciate about Shane is that he takes time with each of us to make sure we are being challenged and that exercises are adapted to bum knees or other health concerns - or to superior ability. It's like having a personal trainer in a group situation. Shane watches to make sure we are doing it right and encourages us when we are running out of steam - or letting ourselves off a little too easy for his liking. He cares.

I have joined expensive health clubs in the past and not stayed with them. I love Kenosha Body Boot Camp. If you have given up on programs in the past, try one of Shane's classes. You will feel the difference.
