This medical spa is located inside a plastic surgeon's office so it gives me a peace of mind knowing the two doctors are available at all time. They are also equipped with advanced lasers and trained staff. They helped me make my face look the way it did 10 years ago. After couple of treatments of laser resurfacing (ProFractional and Micro Laser Peel), my wrinkles / fine lines, aged & sun damaged skin, and scars are almost gone and I now have smooth and silky skin and I don't need to wear make up when I leave the house. I highly recommend this medical spa to women and men of all ages.

oval gal I was using just moved to a plasticsurgeons office in plano. now I can get laser genisis, Botox, fillers, laser hair removal, laser skin tightining, facials and get a consult and surgery for all kinds of plastic cosmetic surgery( thinking a little lift in my breasts) anyway , fantastic laser hair removal and so much more!

I finally found a place and product line at this medical spa that makes my skin glowing and younger every single day. Now I go there for my Photofacial procedures and have absolutely amazing results!!! It is a very peaceful environment in addition to the fact that procedures are very affordable not to mention it is located inside a plastic surgeon office so I feel a lot safer. You can also get a great package deal. Connie (the aesthetician) is highly professional, honest, and experienced. I love my skin and I love the way it looks. Come and visit, you will not be disappointed.

I went in for chemical peels, but was told that Photofacials would be better. I was skeptical because these treatments are more expensive, but Nikki seemed very knowledgeable, so I bought 2 treatments (she recommended more, but I wanted to see how they were first). I am now a believer. For the past 5 years, I have had little veins and broken capillaries around my nose, and some brown spots and discoloration, that I've tried ALL types of creams to get rid of, but haven?t been able to... and after 2 treatments, I do see a noticeable difference! Needless to say, I'm buying more! Thank you, Laser Cosmetica Med Spa! You made a believer out of this skeptical woman!

I love medical spa. I took advantage of a promotion that they had for Free Microdermabrasion with the purchase of any laser packages. I was hooked by the great value and results. After that I had a consultation with Nikki, who really knows her stuff and gave me a great sense of what to expect from the treatments I was considering. I purchased their laser wrinkle reduction called Laser Genesis. I will definitely go back as needed. The staff is great, the rates are reasonable and I look and feel better than ever.

I got my Botox done about two months ago. I can describe my personal experience as exciting and nervous since this is my very first time to have any treatment like this. Dr. Roberts is a very professional doctor. The injection was successful, no downtime at all, no pain and I see the good result right away that makes me happy. I have referred several of my friends and they all love the results. The tips that I can give other clients is that ?Roberts Cosmetic Surgery is the perfect place for them to go.? The medical office itself is immaculate, and the staff is always professional. I will always recommend this medical spa to my friends and I know that they will always be thankful. I had a wonderful experience at Laser Cosmetica Med Spa; the staff is very accommodating and up to date with the latest and greatest in the skincare industry. With only couple of Photofacial treatments, almost all my redness, brown spots and sun damage have cleared up with no downtime and my skin looks great. I have gotten my youthful glowing skin back. I highly recommend this medical spa for any laser treatments you need. I am going back this week for my facial and Microdermabrasion. Great place and value!

I was sooo impressed. Talk about technology! At Laser Cosmetica Med Spa, they use the latest and greatest state of the art medical technology to reverse the signs of aging, remove unwanted hair, and sagging skin. I was very surprised that they spent over 30 minutes going over my skin type and my skin care regimen. The staff was so personable and easy going. I received my first laser hair removal session and Photofacial to remove unwanted hair, sun damage (brown spots) and improve my collagen production. I am so happy and I look years younger.....Go to Laser Cosmetica Med Spa if you want the best.

Who would have thought that you could get a Laser hair removal for your full body, titan your skin on your face with a laser, get Photofacial to remove your brown spots, Botox, and Facelift in the same place! I am extremely busy, as most of us are, and I was getting ready to go on my overdue vacation to the beach and I needed all of the above (and more). I called Laser Cosmetica Med Spa because they are a medical spa located inside a facial plastic surgeon?s office (Dr. Roberts). I needed to look great and vibrant before going on my vacation. I was so grateful!! They saved the day once again. I had skin tightening by laser (Titan), Photofacials, Botox, and dermal fillers to get rid of my saging skin, age spots, and wrinkles on my face. I was extremely delighted by how refreshed and young I felt after my treatments!! The staff is very professional and very talented. I will be going back very soon!!!!!!!!!

I spent time searching for the perfect "process" to meet my needs. I read about several laser treatments available and after extensive consultation with Laser Cosmetica Med Spa staff, I decided to purchase a package of Titan and Laser Genesis (the laser skin rejuvenation). The staff is friendly and informative. They didn't push any treatment, and I was very comfortable. Prior to arriving, I did look up their background and Dr. Roberts? credentials and found that they are extremely educated and knowledgeable. They even told me not to add on procedures as they didn't think I needed them at this time! It wasn't completely pain free, but then I was told what to expect. It was worth the temporary discomfort! I am not a patient person, so I had my doubts once the healing process began. I called Laser Cosmetica Med Spa and discussed my concerns. The staff was very supportive and reminded me that this process takes time! They were right. Each day I see improvements and realize that they have performed the perfect treatments on me, especially when I look at my "before" photos! My skin feels tighter and the wrinkles are diminishing. The staffs are educated, classy, comforting and always concerned. They called me after each treatment for a follow up and checked up on me regularly. I feel so much better about myself thanks to Laser Cosmetica Med Spa.

This Medical Spa is amazing! My skin has never been perfect, but recently I have had a lot of stress and with that, a lot of break outs. My acne became a constant thing and no matter what I tried, it just wouldn?t go away. I found this place through city search and decided to check it out. My first appointment was about 2 weeks ago and my second was this week. Honestly my skin looks a million times better! The first time I went to this med spa, their facialist gave me a microdermabrasion and a chemical peel. This week I got another Microdermabrasion and triple chemical peel, it was VERY reasonably priced too. I have no more bumps on my face, and the scars are so faded after just two visits. I am amazed :) The spa is also located inside a facial plastic surgeon. It really helps to know that the doctor is available if you need to consult with him. I think my face clearing up has helped my stress as well because I am not layering on makeup just to go outside. I use the products they sell at the spa. Go check this medical spa out!

While the facial clinical staff were knowledgeable, there is not a procedure in place to ensure you are seen by the doctor first. This is offered as a option but should always be a requirement prior to a laser treatment. The physician should also be overseeing the actual setting of levels on any lasers prior to treatment. Lasers are not toys and no laser treatment should be conducted without first seeing the on premise physician and going through a thorough medical history background. Prior medical conditions and/or allergies to many common and/or natural ingredients when combined with laser treatments can have serious side effects - breakouts that last weeks, scarring, etc. I had an IPL and Laser Gensis and had such a horrendous breakout of blisters and bumpts on my face that I couldn't leave my house for 2 weeks and had to go to my dermatologist for treatment. The doctors office (Roberts) doesn't answer phones over the weekend so there was no way to get in touch with anyone to get an RX called in, etc. Both my dermatologist and other plastic surgeon that I have gone to in the past have a service that answers their phones over the weekend and can page the physician in the event of an emergency.

I actually did a lot of research on the internet and consulted with a few different spas before I decided on which place to go to. At Laser Cosmetica Med Spa, I was greeted be a very nice receptionist who asked me if she could get me anything (water, coffee). I waited less than 5 minutes in a lovely waiting area and was taken in to have to most informative consultation out of all the places I visited. All the lasers and procedures were thoroughly explained to me and I decided to sign up with a package of 6 treatments with their satisfaction guarantee for my legs, Brazilian bikini, and underarms. I was so pleased with my services that I signed up for a microdermabrasion package (5 treatments) which I was also very satisfied with. I was happy to refer my friend, (who also signed up for a 3D Skin Rejuvenation package). I could not believe all of the great services this medical spa in Plano had. I started doing Botox treatments with Dr. Venegas which again was great. I highly recommend Laser Cosmetica Med Spa!

I went to Laser Cosmetica Med Spa last week to get rid of my brown spots / age spots due to sun damage on my face and chest so I can get ready for the New Year. I ended up purchasing a package of Photofacial and laser skin rejuvenation. I couldn?t be happier with the results even after one session. The process was easy and painless. I am excited to complete my treatment regimen and I am looking forward to showing off my youthful and clear skin. I will definitely send all my friends to this medical spa. I have always dreaded going to a waxing salon for that ?Brazilian? and "Legs" so finally I decided to research about Laser Hair Removal. I found Laser Cosmetica Med Spa and had a free consultation. Although I thought it would be expensive, I was surprised to find out it was quite reasonable. It made sense after I realized how much time I spend shaving my legs everyday and go through the pain of waxing. The staff at this medical spa were informative and helpful. After a few treatments, my bikini area and legs are hairless, smooth, and have no more razor burns. Thanks and great job.

I had tried several different places for Laser Hair Removal on my chest without seeing any real lasting results, but my experience with Laser Cosmetica Med Spa in Plano was completely different. I saw more results in one session of laser hair removal with them than I did with four sessions of laser hair removal at the other laser hair removal places I tried. I am very happy with my results and look forward to warm weather to show off my hairless chest!!

I went on-line for a facial and ended up getting a laser treatment at this spa. What a difference! My face has never looked better. If you are thinking of getting fraxel or some other type of laser facial treatment, I would recommend going to this location. They take care credit, the owner is a doctor and they are inside of a surgical cosmetic location ( plastic surgeon) . You get in on time ( finally! A place that is on schedule) and they treat you like a queen. If you are looking for a Plano Cosmetic Surgery location I would recommened trying this Plano location for BOTOX, Restylane, anything like the Artefill, or Juvederm, they offer services like the Sculptra as well. ALL Laser hair removal treatments treatments include a free vibradermabrasion that is over $100.00 value too! Call this location first for any Plano laser treatment. Don?t forget to use your care credit too!

Found this med spa inside of a plastic surgeons office by a referral from my dentist in the same building. Gee I wish I would have known sooner. What a great concept. I can get my teeth whitened downstairs ( in Plano off the tollway) , go upstairs and get a facial, then consult on what I am going to do about the bags under my eyes with the plastic surgeon. I live in Oklahoma,so all of this in one building in Plano is fantastic! If you are looking for a med spa in Plano or Dallas, check this one out first! It is a top notch place and the prices are lower than most with the promotions they have today.

Wow, this is one of the best med spas I have been to in Plano. The med spa is inside a little castle like building off the tollway on the border of plano and dallas. I was a first time client so they gave me a FREE microdermabrasion and I am going to come back for some botox next week. They are inside of a plastic surgeons office in Plano, so you have more options than you would at a regular spa or med spa. The med spa offered the facials, botox, and more. They both take care credit on 12 month plans at no intrest, so you don't hav to be a highland park wife to look like one! Go to this plano location today and tell them you found them here and they will give you a free microderm if you get laser hair removal, they have this offer till jan.

First time I've ever had anything like this done. The results from the photofacial were amazing, even after the first treatment. All my dark/brown spots have disappeared and my skin looks better than ever. The face products are also great. Everyone keeps asking me what foundation I use, but I know it was the photofacial and the skin care products. The spa is located inside a beautiful plastic surgeon?s office, the prices are affordable and staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this spa to everyone.

I was very apprehensive about microdermabrasion because I have very sensitive skin, but after hearing the wonderful benefits your skin can reap from the treatments I decided to give it a try. I got Botox last Wednesday and LOVE the doctor at this med spa. I have had many botox sessions by others and this is the first one with Laser cosmetica. He had a great bedside manner, actually used less than I have had before, and I have the best results so far! the assistant was very helpful as well. I did not have my care credit number to pay for my botox and really wanted to use it and she called care credit, got it for me, and even found out the balance per my request so I could plan accordingly. Give them a call, they are in a beautiful Plano Plastic surgeons place and is really top notch! Get first class treatment at a fraction of the cost of most Med spas! I am going back for restelyn next!
