The OC Recording Company

This studio has gone the extra mile to bring in some very expensive gear like the Sony C800G, Neve 1073, Tube Tech CL1B, SSL, Avalon, API, Focal and more. There is no other studio in Orange County that can come close to this gear list. Plus, they feature a top notch engineer and credits including grammy / platinum artists, major motion pictures and celebrities. The look and feel is very clean, artistic and creative...like no other studio I've seen. OC Recording is truly exceptional and highly recommended!

if you're looking for a qualified sound engineer - this is a good place. if you're looking for a helpful person to be in the moment and stay involved during your recording session - run fast! not only is the place way overpriced, there's little engagement offered for the person working hard in the vocal booth. between texting and other time wasters, this engineer has the attention span of a horsefly and will offer very little help or just overall support while you sweat away inside the booth. he demands you book 2 hours at a time at minimum AND requires a booking deposit just to hold the spot. now, if you have a crazy schedule, don't expect him to be reasonable and flexible BUT should some time conflicts arise on HIS end, you are absolutely required to adhere to any changes or he will just blow you off. i would not recommend this studio to ANYONE and urge you to go elsewhere. this is a very hardcore industry and unless you have tons of money and time to throw away, continue your search for another place to record.

I have been frequenting The OC Recording Company for over 6 years now, namely because of the care, quality and the overall experience I have each and every time I record there.
I feel at home when I am there due to the friendliness of all involved in the production/engineering and because I am confident that I am going to leave with a product I love!
I drive an hour and back to record at the OC, because I know when all is complete, I will be walk out with an exceptional product and my hard earned money will be well spent!

I've worked with The OC Recording Company since their doors opened and I keep coming back because of their attention to detail, quality of work and their consistency. Asaf is a great engineer, producer and has a great ear to get the most out of your music...not only the recording but the mixing and mastering of your final product. Definitely, my go to spot when I need things done right the first time.

I have been Working at OC Recording Company for around 4years. Asaf is a great engineer and is all about getting you the product you want. He has great attention to detail and has a very reasonable price for his quality of work. If you are trying to record, mix, or add instruments to your music this is the place to go! I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have been to many studios in Orange County and throughout the world. The OC Recording Company is by far the best! First of all the facility feels like home. It is clean, spacious and comfortable with beautiful artwork and designs. They have all the gear (3 Avalons), lots of mics and a powerful Pro Tools system with a million plug ins. But, the best part is the quality of the material that I leave with and the price. Asaf has an ear for music that cant be taught. Plus, he is so fast and on point that it ends up saving me money. I would recommend this studio to anyone. Thank you OC Recording!
