I only get french manicure and got the best i've ever had last week from this place. They have the best manicurist in town.

I treated myself to a day at a spa on my birthday, why not, and I'm glad I picked Shea essence. I don't know where to begin. Everyone I encountered at this spa was great and every services delivered with excellence. They also gave me a beautiful b'day card before I left. Thank you for making my birthday a very special one.

I was 1st introduced to shea butter at the age of 12 when my mom and I visited Paris almost a decade ago. I had a severe form of eczema and someone recommended to my mom to try shea butter. We bought one from a company called l'occitane and have been using it for my whole body ever since. I went to shea essence day spa for a spa pedicure and bought a tub of shea butter which to my amazement costs a fraction of what I'm used to paying. I noticed also they used shea oil for their pedicures. Awesome savings and services.

My husband came home one day last week and told me am going the spa tomorrow. He had already made an appt. and stayed home to baby sit. Every one at the spa; from front desk, to the aesthetician, massage therapist and the nail tech were exceptional. I was at this place for almost 4 hours and don't have a single complaint. I'm glad to have gotten the chance to check it out. I know now where to get gift cards for the coming holidays. Thanks every one at Shea essence for offering such incredible services. You will always have my business.

Hello my name is Errick Presley a Houston Firefighter, Im one who's not really into massages and only had had two before this visit and I wasnt impressed. So when Cheryl Hosea invited me out for a massage, I decided to give it one more try, even if I had to drive 35min to get there. She said it will be well worth it. So I get there and she gives me a tour and it was a lovely place and looks very relaxing. Cheryl was very professional in concentrating on the body parts I checked off,and the massage was the best I've ever had. Will definitely be back. Thanks alot Cheryl!

This is a really great spa. Very quiet and serene. I go there often for my nails and facials. It's a good place to wind down after work with a glass of wine while I receive my treatments - and the therapists are very attentive and professional.
Highly recommended!

I went to Sugar Land for my daughter wedding and we booked a spa package for her. We wanted her to have a relaxing time so we decided to visit the place before her scheduled appointment. I felt in love with their spacious and beautiful couples massage room so I asked if I can join her for the massage part of her package. Her package included facials, massage, manicure and pedicure. The receptionist was very warm and attended to us right away. I was offered a drink menu and I asked for a mimosa. I waited in the lobby, a very comfortable and quiet one, looking through some magazines whilst she was having her facials. I have received few massages but this is definitely the best one. One of the therapist offered to take pictures of us with our camera, very thougthful indeed.

My husband and I received a gift certificate to Shea Essence for a day at the spa and the experience was just wonderful. Every service was delivered professionally; the technicians were very courteous; and the drinks were just fabulous! Typically I'm very hard to please, but could not find a thing here that I didn't like. I've already made an appointment for my next service.

Its a quiet place, very relaxing, hor'duerves/cocktails are great, Spa and tools are very clean so I know there are no bacteria issues like with a lot of places. owners seem to pay a lot of attention to quality of their staff and products are also a better quality than I have experienced. Been a few times and will keep going. No long waiting and they accomodate you quite conveniently.
Pros: Clean, sterile, fabulous attention
Cons: yummy but fattening lunch place next door:), thats about it

I came here to vote for Shea Essence as the best Spa in town and thought I'd leave a review. I go there often to have my nails done and the technicians are so courteous and professional. And honestly, I haven't seen a better French Polish application anywhere else.

The people at this spa really know what they're about. I go to a spa to relax and unwind, and they seem to understand that. I go for massages frequently and I'm never rushed, always leaving refreshed and energized.

From the decor, and the very personalbe people working there. Everything was very inviting and professional. It was a little difficult to find at first, but very pleased once I did. I like to think of this as Sugarlands best keep secret. I can't wait to go back!!! Ohh lets not forget the wine! Thats ALWAYS delicous!!

My visit was a positive experiance all round. Must be something in the water :) Seriously though, I really like this place. It has a calming atmosphere - and that massage therapist - she's awesome.

I was convinced by my boss to try this spa. Since she has expensive tastes I thought it would be too expensive for me. It is a beautiful place - quiet and peaceful. The therapists are very friendly and professional. On my first visit, I had a massage and got my nails done. Both services were excellent - and the prices were surprisingly less than my regular spa. The irony is, I didn't have to wait a month for an appointment, as I have to do at my regular place.
This place is an awesome find for me, and oh - did I mention they serve cocktails and wines? Heavenly!

I just discovered this great spot to get my pedicure done. Hot stone massage on my legs and feet, great smells - and they have free drinks! what's not to like about this. all i have to do now is figure out excuses to get my pedicure done more often!

I am impressed by the extent the estheticians and nails girls go to make sure the equipment was clean. I've heard horror stories about hygiene issues at spas, but this one has earned my trust. I have gone back more than once and am convinced their attention to hygiene is not a fluke.

I went in to do my nails and had a fabulous experience. I was given a tour of this beautiful facility and treated to glass of wine. The nail tech was extremely warm and engaging. She made me feel really special. And the Shea butter foot scrub was just the icing on the cake. The amazing thing is I paid less than I would have at my regular nail spa. I plan to go back soon and sample the other services they offer.

I received a gift certificate to Shea Essence and was utterly amazed at the service. The spa is beautiful and the staff were friendly and professional. I had a Brazilian wax and a manicure and the technicians were just so skilled. I strongly recommend it to everyone!
