Rickshaw Bagworks is a new messenger bag company specializing in the design and manufacture of cycling bags, laptop carrying cases, shoulder bags and related accessories made for the urban commuter and inspired by our love of bicycles. Rickshaw comes from the Japanese characters "jin-riki-sha," meaning "human-powered vehicle." All of our bags are made to order in our San Francisco factory, located in the historic Dogpatch district. Our store features an ever-changing collection of unique bags. Customers also can choose their own fabric combinations from our extensive textile archive. Our neighborhood is home to several wonderful restaurants, cafes, nightlife and our personal favorite: Rickshaw Bagworks! Come on over and discover Dogpatch. I did a good chunk of my holiday shopping at Rickshaw (also treated myself for a new rockin computer bag and small messenger bag) and everyone who got something was and still are ecstatic! Me, personally, i look forward to strappin my work bag on everyday because i know, there isn't another person out there with my same one. One of a kind place, service and people. Rickshaw Rules!!!
