I have been a customer of Air & Water for two years now. I originally purchased a NewAir air conditioner last year. I just went back to them to purchase a portable NewAir Ice Maker for my new outdoor patio. I have been thoroughly pleased with their customer service department. I have owned 2 NewAir products, which haven't had any problems. They service I have received was prompt and professional. They are right off the 55 freeway to so they are conveniently in Orange County.

Air & Water Inc has excellent customer service. I Google'd them during a recent heat wave when all the home depots were sold out of air conditioners. I was going to go to Costco, but I don't have an American Express card. Air & Water accepts all major credit cards so we went down to there location off the 55 freeway in Santa Ana. They had plenty of units available including the Soleus Model that also featured a built in heater and dehumidifer. The helpful staff helped me load the unit into the back of my X5. This is a company which exceeds its promises and customers' expectations! We are so thankful for the kindness and efficiency of the wonderful people at Air & Water. best in class!

I was hesitant to order from Air & Water, Inc. because it had mixed reviews online. The negative reviews are worthless because I had nothing but a positive experience with them. The NewAir wine cooler I wanted was around $320 with free shipping and it was by far the lowest price online. My transaction was excellent, fast shipping and response to e-mail messages were returned instantly. The unit arrived within two days and I didn't even have to pay extra for expedited shipping I'll give this company a 5 star rating.

it was scorching this past weekend in the OC. Luckily I had purchased a portable ac from Air & Water for my townhouse. I got the NewAir AC-12000E the unit is super compact and portable. It quickly cools down my living in my townhouse. It kept me cool and comfortable and only took 10 minutes to set up. I'lll definitely be purchasing my next cooling or heating product from them

I bought a nice tower fan/swamp cooler. I like the tower fans better than the pedestal fans, they seem to take up less room and this one works as a swamp cooler. Pretty decent service. I ordered from the phone and picked it up at their shop. Yes i would recommend them, easy to order from and phone operator was friendly.

I'm going to repost some ratings I gave this store elsewhere. My mother lives in the desert and recommended this online store to me because I refuse to buy from some overpriced home goods stores (the quality sucks). She had already bought a swamp cooler to help cool down her home and 2 cats. They love it. Anyways, I ordered an air purifier and had the chance to actually visit them in Orange County to see a floor model they had. They've got great products at a reasonable price. Good shipping costs too. Very satisfied.

I ordered a fan from Air & Water in early may. It was shipped right away and was delivered in only a couple days. When I opened the package the fan was totally smashed. All I had to do was sumbit a written request and air & Water took care of the rest. The sent em a working fan and made fedex pick up the one they damaged. I was pretty worried ordering from an online company like this, but there customer service team is the best. I'll definately be back!

Positive Air-N-Water Review

We own a restaurant business and our ac generator failed 3 days before a big engagement party had booked for their celebration. It was impossible to get someone to fix it that quickly but someone suggested getting commercial coolers. They'd done business with this company and bought commerical swamp coolers for stadium seating, and recommended them.

We ended up by 1 commercial unit and 3 portable ones to set up here and there - worked perfect! no one even noticed the ac was not working. I think we're going to stick with commerical units because doing the math its cheaper than running or fixing our generator.

I had a pretty decent experience with ANW. I bought a pet pack for my vacuum because my dogs were shedding. The pet pack brushes make it possible to groom your pets using your vacuum, and I've been very happy with the product. Because the pet pack was small it was shipped right away, and I received it in very good time.

Bought a ADS-400 dehumidifier from them. They had friendly customer service to help me with my purchase. The dehumidifier works great in my RV, exactly what i had got it for. oh and the shipping time was faster than i expected.

Wow it was hot and www.air-n-water.com saved me. 100 degrees in April and we needed a portable AC fast. They had them in stock and their people are so helpful. Great Experience at Air & Water Inc. in Santa Ana, California

My husband and I were looking to purchase several space heaters to warm up our home. We conducted a lot of online research and found Air & Water, Inc. to be a very good source for space heaters based on price and selection. After speaking to one of their knowledgeable customer service representatives for over twenty minutes, we decided to purchase five units. Not only were we able to come pick up our order in person because were in the Orange County area, but we were also given a quantity discount for buying five units. Overall, we had a great experience with Air & Water and wouldn't hesitate to shop with them again.

Poor products & surly service

We ordered an AF-350 cooler on 05/16/2009. Shopping, selecting, and ordering the unit took about an hour. (This cooler was then, and is still now, rated 5 stars on the website, even though it?s quality problems are serious and obvious.)
We assembled and set up the unit. Half an hour.
It dripped water all over our living room floor. Cleanup took about an hour.
We corresponded with Air & Water and arranged for a warranty exchange. One hour.
Air & Water tried to bill us for shipping a replacement, necessitating further correspondence; half an hour.
We packaged the defective unit and took it to Fed Ex. One hour.
The replacement unit was shipped to us on 07/03/2009.
We assembled and set up the second unit. Half an hour.
The replacement unit was defective in exactly the same way; it dripped water all over our living room floor. Cleanup took about an hour.
We corresponded with Air & Water and arranged for a refund. One hour.
We packaged the unit and took it to Fed Ex. One hour.
Air & Water billed us for shipping the replacement, necessitating repeated further correspondence; One and one half hours.
In sum, we spent 10 hours with Air & Water and have received no usable products, no service, nothing of any value; just two messes in the living room.

Terrible products and surly, unhelpful service. Stay away.
