I just completed a move from them from NJ to TX. Let me you tell you this. It has been far more worst than a nightmare. They delivered my items 7 daysss late. I just received them. I had stay in a hotel longer . wait in a empty apartment and purchase clothes, kitchen stuff, air bed ....etc kind of stuff to survive. Movers dropped my treadmill and broke. Most of my kitchen stuff came broken. 5 boxes and moonchair is missing. Boxes contained important documentation, clothing etc. stuff. I just sent an email to their claim department and don't know how they will handle that yet. i will keep it posted as it progresses

My moving experience with Advanced Moving Lines has been awful. I moved from Groton, MA to College Station, TX and it was a disaster start to finish. The movers were 7 hours late (and didn't call us, we had to call them to find out where the heck they were after several hours) and when they packed my things left large gaps so that the calculated cubic footage was very high, increasing my price by 40%. When I finally received my items, I was missing a box with irreplaceable sentimental items and several important furniture pieces, including essential components to my bed. So far they have failed to find these. We are now going through the claims process, but this cannot replace the items I've lost that had personal value far beyond money. It was also an incredible hassle trying to communicate with the company. Luis tried his best, but everyone else had no information and did not care in the slightest about my move.

Advanced Moving Lines took care of everything as far as my move from Baltimore to Boston. They were on time, took good care of my furniture and delivered as promised. Every time I called they promptly returned my calls.
