Went there last Tuesday, the food was great and not too busy during their Lunch Special but the customer service sucked. I asked the waitress for another fork, it took her atleast 10 minutes and when we didn't tip her after we paid, while she was standing an sat she abruptley threw the card holder down on top of another, gave us a go to hell look and stormed off! Absolutely unacceptable. Like I said the food was great, just hope you don't get the same rude waitress as us.
im a handicapped person, and i was waiting to use the restroom at hibachi grill, but someone in there when they want handicapped. and i don,t want to wait to use the bathroom,my wheelchair want go into the other bathroom,so i had to wait. and that not right. the next time i will ask them myself if they are handicapped.
The hibachi is really a good place for families to eat. The only thing I really disslike about it is the food on the lines are more of a caffeteria than authentic japanese food. I like the sushi bar a lot and when I go that is what I get. My kids on the other hand really like the chicken wings and pizza!
I went to the grill during a busy lunch time. After I was seated, served my drink and finished my first plate, I proceeded to the Grill area. The line was long, it probably took 20 minutes to get my meal prepared. When I got back to my table, another party had been seated there. I sat at an adjacent empty table trying to eat my Hot stir fry. The manager Eric Le came by and said that the table was occupied, I pointed to my previously assigned table and told him that I had been sitting there. He told me that I must have come from another place, pointing out into the restaurant, or go there or go to the entrance and get a table assigned you cannot just come into the restaurant and start eating.Without and real discussing he had immediately that I was the party at fault. I handed him my meal and walked to the front area looking for further assistance. The cashier told me that he was the manager. Upon further discussion with him, he offered no remedy to my situation, I obtained his business card for reference and walked out of the restaurant in disgust.
They have great food, but not a good system processng people through the restaurant.

I just recently discovered this place and It has become an addiction, dont go here unless you plan on going back at least once a week! the beef tenderloin / prime rib they have availible on the dinner buffet is worth the $9 price tag alone, the sushi is excellent and always fresh, I have yet to try an item on the buffet that I was disappointed with.
You eat here, your destined to eat too much. I like this place but it has so much food available and so many different kinds (Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, American, fruit, seafood) available that is gives me a nasty feeling. Its almost like a one stop shop. And every one there is making double and triple trips to the buffet. Its kinda like do people ever quit eating. I'm pretty big myself, but this place just has so many tables available, and so much food on the bars that it just gets sickening after a while. But, the food is great!
You are sure to find something you like here! It is opened in the old Ryan's building. It has both Chinese and Japanese food. You can also pick your food and have it cooked Hibachi style.
