The massage was good enough (not the best, but far from the worst, but I really resent the fact that the place is plastered with flyers reminding you to leave a tip based on a "$79 value" of the massage. The $59 membership entitles you to one 50-minute massage plus others at a still lower rate. But, you are expected - REALLY expected- to leave a $20+ tip, so you are really paying $80 for your massage anyway. If you have any questions, be sure to speak to the Therapist directly- don't let the Front Desk personnel deflect your questions.
i would never go back to this place again!!! the customer service is horrible and let me tell you why...i got my massage and that was great, but when i went to pay they accused me of being there before and getting a massage saying that i was lying just to get the introductory rate! they said they have records of it in the computer and have caller id and the record showed that i was there under my old married last name (im recently divorced and havent changed the name back on my cell phone account so of course the name they had in the computer was the same as on the caller id when i called). i was so upset and couldnt figure out how this had happened so they still gave me the intro rate and i paid and left. as i was driving home i remember that i had some unknown purchases on my old credit card after my purse had gotten stolen earlier in the year so when i got home i called back there and asked to speak to the manager but conviently he was gone for the day, so i explained my situation to the guy on the phone and then he puts me on hold. 5 minutes later he come back on the line and says very rudely "well i dont know what to tell you, if theres unknown charges u can take it up with your credit card company, and we compaired the handwriting on the intake forms and they look similar." so i cut him off and said "well i was never there before so can you please just tell me when the date was that this supposedly happened" so he tells me the date and then right as i started asking him if he could tell me if it was paid for by credit card he once again rudely says "let me put u on hold the manager just walked back in" and HUNG UP ON ME!! i'm so appauled and upset about this situation! dont u think that if something like that happened that they would try to be nice and understand the situation?! not accuse you of lying again and hang up on you?! i will NEVER, EVER go back to this company and tell everyone i know to never go there either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
