Our family loves this place! You order at the counter and then watch them make your food with items you request. They have some very good salsas that they make themselves. I love the mango salsa. I have tried several different items and have never gotten a bad meal. One thing we especially appreciate about Chili Peppers is that they keep the sound at a reasonable level. This makes it possible to enjoy a conversation while dining. The first time we ate here we were a bit confused by a poster out front that advertised a happy hour beer special. We thought it might be a bar and not good for families with kids. I was pleasantly surprised that this was not the case. There is nothing fancy about Chili Peppers, nor is there anything unsavory. This is a simple neighborhood place, clean tables and chairs, a few booths, good prices and great food! I have recommended it to several friends who went and also liked it. I hope they stay in business for a long time!
Pros: Really good service, patient counter help. Great salsa!
Cons: It could be just a bit brighter inside, but this is not a big problem.

Great place for mexican food. Everything is made fresh while you wait and you choose what ingedients you want. Staff is friendly and service is quick. You will love it!!

When my husband and I were tired of endlessly searching for some good fast food mexican, we were hesitant about trying this place. Yet, from the moment we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised and found it to be similar to the healthier mexican fast food places we enjoyed while living in Southern California. We both ordered Tres Tacos and we could customize them how we please. Also shared a bucket of beer for 10 bucks, and they allowed me to get Corona light while my spouse got Corona for no extra cost. Great deal and Great Food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is one of the best mexican grill's i have gone to. it is way above chipotle and qdoba out of the water by far. the customer service is beyond 100 percent, they help with any questions and talk to you like they know you and are your friend. helping to make honest choices in the food they think that will mix well together. good choices with salsa's. easy locations. right by the eagan rainbow and eagan floral. absolutely amazing!!! i have brought my friends and family to it many times!

I found Cafe Chili Peppers using Citysearch and the food is awesome. I was served fast and everything was freshly prepared. I took one of my friends back there and it was just as good the second time.
