These guys ripped me off, which is embarrassing to admit, but i would not recommend or ever return to this roach motel.

David and Chad arrived on time, were courteous, and explained what they were going to look at and estimated what it would cost. They were correct in what they thought the problem was and fixed it quickly. They also explained everything in terms that I understood! I will ONLY call Direct Source Plumbing for any problems. They were so much better than any plumber I've ever called. My prayers were answered in finding a dependable company to work with. Thank you guys!
David arrived on time, gave me a thorough assessment and explained what needed to be done in detail. The work was done quickly, efficiently and he cleaned up afterwards. David and his other team member (can't remember his name) were so polite and respectful. His quote was close to $300 less than another nationally known company and the final price matched the quote. I would absolutely recommend David and Direct Source Plumbing. Actually, I already have to my good friend. You won't go wrong using them. They are very honest.
