Birthday Party Booker

I booked a party for myself and around 15 guests at 49 Grove through Birthday Party Booker. Of course I did it at the last minute and didn't notify them until 72 hours before.

Nonetheless, they were able to get my guests and I on the list and we were able to get in no problem, with no cover. Our planner even gave me the names I needed to know (personal friends of his) in order to speak to the owner about cutting a deal for an open bar (which he did very reasonably). No free bottle or table though on account of the late notice (which was understandable).

5 stars for birthday party booker and for the people at 49 Grove who were awesome to my guests. I recommend for anyone looking to book a party and avoid the headache or the $$$$

I had a great experience with bithdaypartybooker. I contacted them and they got back to me in less than 24 hours to start planning the party. I simply told them what I was looking for and they knew exactly where I should go. I picked the place and all the planning was done for me including a free table and bottle of vodka. On the night of the party everything ran really smoothly ,and my friends and I had an awesome time. I would defintely use this service again and I am sure my friends will too!

My friend told me about this site about 36 hours before i was planning on having my birthday party. Less than 24 hours before the planned party I was able to find a venue and book the party with the site. Again, this was only 24 hours in advance, they were amazing and able to not only able to set us up so we wouldn't have to wait in line to get in, but was even able to reserve a table for me and my friends. Amazing! Plus, the person I was emailing with was super sweet. Thanks Birthday Party Booker!!! Awesome

Although I only had less than a week to plan a party, Ryan got back to me within hours of emailing him. I picked out a few places from the website, and he suggested out of the list which he thought would suit my guests and my party the best, and we went from there. We emailed back and forth, and confirmed the date, time, and party size, and on the day of the party, everything went smoothly. I did not get a table mostly because I did not have a good approx of how many people would show up, but even without a table, all my guests got in without any trouble (although I initially said 20 people, and I def ended up having over twice as many throughout the night). I believe there is a size quota so meet to get a free bottle of liquor. Definitely highly recommend Ryan's service to whoever would like to make their party planning absolutely hassel-free.

Ryan was a huge help. I got in touch with him through his website and he gave me a call later that evening. He recommended a few places for me that I looked into online. I picked one in about 20 minutes and he put it all together. I told him what I was looking for and he hooked it up. We got a prime table in the exact location I wanted with a bottle and he even got us a free bottle. We got to the party and it was seamless. We got line privileges for me and like 7 of my guy friends (we only had about 3 girls with us at the time)... it didn't matter at all. All of my friends got into the club without issue and the host took care of us very well. I had a great party without ANY of the drama--definitely one of, if not THE, best birthday party I threw in NYC... and between my friends and I we've easily thrown about 15 parties in the city. Highly recommend!

Used this service for my 25th birthday party this past Saturday. I contacted them Thursday night and within minutes I was contacted back and my party was confirmed at Cellar Bar. At the door all of my guests got in immediately without any hassles. Even better, I was comped a bottle of vodka. I would definitely recommend this service and have already told my friends about it.

I had heard about Bday Party Booker from a friend who saw an ad for it. It was so easy to browse their site for venues, and even easier to get in touch with them. Ryan contacted me immediately after I made the request to have my party at Katra. Ryan suggested Katra and he was absolutely right. I asked so many questions and he was still super nice and answered all of them. The night of the party, I was running a little late - and I got a phone call from Katra and an email from Ryan to make sure that everything was ok! When I got to Katra shortly thereafter , Chris, the owner had not only held down our spot, he directed my guests there whom were all there before I was. Meg, our waitress was a total sweetheart and super awesome. We all had a great time. Def book your party with Birthday Party Booker, you will not regret it!

After having to change plans just days before my bday, a friend of mine recommended Birthday Party Booker. I was surprised at how easy it was to make arrangements using this service. After one to two correspondences with Ryan, I was told that I had a table (and a buy one bottle get one free) at the venue of my choice.

I had such a good, hassle free time, I will def recommend this service to anyone planning a bday party.

I was planning a birthday party for my brother and only had a few days to plan something out for about 12 people. I contacted Ryan and he was able to set us up at Empire, where we got two bottles, one of them being comped. Ryan made the process so easy and stress free...all of our communication was over e-mail. This was my second time using this service and I must say both times everything was smooth with no problems. I highly recommend this service to anyone to needs to plan a party without having to deal with the stress.

I recently used birthday party booker to plan my birthday party at one of their many upscale Manhattan locations - Tonic East. My specialist, Ryan, got back to me right away and planned everything - I didn't have to do a thing! The bar was set up with tables and balloons, along with free champagne and a sparkler and all my guests had an amazing time. I called them up only a few days before the actual party and they still helped me to get my second choice party spot and I got the free bottle without any problem the hostess was very accommodating and none of my party had to pay a cover and we even got 2 tickets for free drinks when I came in which was a nice surprise.

My best friend and I chose to use Party Booker for our 26th bday party. We had it at Sidebar. As soon as we got there we had a HUGE section reserved in the back room. We both got free drinks the entire night and two bottles of champagne. Throughout the whole process Ryan was awesome to deal with. We highly recommend anyone and everyone using Party Booker!!!

I had my 29th birthday party at Johnny Utah's, and I had a great time. I had a group of 30-40 or so people, and Birthday Party Booker was able to reserve a whole room for my party. The managers and staff treated me and my guests very well. Beyond my party, the crowd was nice and the dj played an interesting but good mix of old-school and contemporary music. I got the bottle of champagne and the manager waived the gratuity. So the party was totally free in my case.

I highly recommend using Birthday Party Booker for a party at Johnny Utah's.

I used Birthday Party Booker to plan my boyfriend's 27th birthday, tnis past Saturday. They were so easy to work with and helpful. I had the party at Pranna Lounge. Birthday Party Booker was essential in making my sister's 21st birthday a success. I plan a lot of events, but BPB was able to execute a great event with last minute changes quickly and professionally. After changing locations to the e.village, we settled on Katra. Upon arriving, we were greeted and walked over to our table. Great music, good scene, and a free bottle of champagne. Our waitress was attentive throughout the night and we ended up staying far longer than expected. Thanks to BPB for a great night and for taking care of all details. Will def be using the service again.

I used Birthday Party Booker to plan my 10-year high school reunion, and could not be happier with the result. Ryan Alovis did a phenomenal job making sure that all of our needs were taken care of. We had very specific requests - no cover, large space, drink specials - and he and his organization took the time to find what turned out to be the perfect venue for our event. Ryan made sure that the manager of the bar and I were in constant contact to ensure that all the details were worked out and that the event ran smoothly. I booked my birthday at the Empire Hotel rooftop through Birthday Party Booker. I had heard nightmare stories about people having to wait on an extremely long line to get in, or not being able to get in at all. Ryan from BPB hooked me up with a table, a free bottle, and not one person had an issue getting in. We had a great STRESS FREE time that night. I highly recommend and will be using them again!

I used to throw parties so I know what a hassle people can have with booking their bday parties. This year I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on getting bottles and wanted to get everyone in. I worked with Mike at partybooker who pretty much responded back to my 20 emails (I had alot of questions) within minutes. He set up mine and my friend's bday party at boucarou...everyone got in, I got a free bottle for my bday, had my own table, and the music was great. Partybooker will be getting alot more business in the future because i'm def going to be referring all of my friends to them for their impeccable service.

I wanted to write a quick thank you to Birthday Party Booker for coming through for me and my friends last minute. I was trying to set up a 10 year highschool reunion and I simply couldn?t find a space that could host the event. On a last minute hail-mary, filled out an inquiry form on BPB and within a few minutes, a representative/specialist contacted me. I was really blown away with their response rate and ability to offer cool benefits by booking with them. To make a long story short, about 100 of my oldest friends were able to get together at a bar called Anchor. We didn?t have to put down a credit card or guarantee anything?all we had to do was show up and have fun. Was truly blown away. Everybody should be using them.

I really never write about my experiences online but I feel compelled to do so since I sinclerely had one of the best birthdays I?ve really had in forever. Last week, I decided to throw my birthday and was having the most impossibly time finding the right place to do it at. I looked everywhere and asked everybody for advice or some guidance. I stumbled upon BirthdayPartyBooker late on Monday (my birthday was that coming Saturday night). Almost immediately after filling out a basic inquiry form, somebody had emailed me back a breakdown as to what I was looking for, other possible options and a time that we could jump on a call to go over details. I was skeptical but figured that I should give it a shot, considering there were a billion unbelievable reviews on the service. After confirming the venue with BPB, I sent out my invitations and waiting patiently for my amazing night to begin. I wasn?t expecting this to be a clean sweep but WOW, I WAS SOOO SURPSISED! We should up the party and the doormen knew exactly who we were, my entire group was pulled of any sort of line and ushered into the bar where we had an entire area with a free bottle of champagne waiting for us. Throughout the night, all my friends kept complimenting my party planning skills and although I took those compliments and smiled, I knew deep down that it was this exact service that had made everything possible. The place was perfect, the table was fantastic (it was huge and swanky), the music was unbelievable, the drinks were great and the service throughout the night was just impeccable. I can?t thank this company enough. You should give this service a shot, they are the real deal and you will have the ultimate birthday experience without ANY of the hassle!!

I called Birthday Party Booker just to see what venues they would recommend for my engagement party. I was looking for something private that could hold around 75+ people.

They ended up not only giving me an incredible list of options but they actually had planned my entire engagement party. It made my life so much easier. I sincerely think this is the best service around and I recommend it to anybody that needs to find a place to have either their birthday or any other type of event. I'm a bit of a worrier when it comes to planning parties but I have to say I had trouble coming up with anything to worry about with Party Booker. It was so easy! They took care of everything...I just showed up the place and they knew who I was at the door right away. escorted us to our area which was the best in the whole place! right next to the awesome DJ...and was taken care of all night...The waitress always checked on us no matter how busy it was...the vibe was cool and not annoyingly trendy...I would recommend party booker to anyone that wants to plan a party and just have fun without any fo the stress. loved it!

I wanted to throw a party for my brother in the city, and these guys were a big help. Not 10 minutes after I contacted them on the site, I got a phone call from one of their bookers. He was really knowledgeable about the city. He gave me subway directions to the club and was always reachable. These guys put together an awesome bachelor party for my cousin last week and it was nuts. We showed up at Slate Plus and the first thing we did was find the pool and foosball tables (after we started drinking). The whole night was nothing but drinks, games food and of course the rest of the bachelor party deal.

We just hope the bride doesnt find out.

I flew in from chicago for a week to meet some friends I hadn't seen since college. I wanted to put a party together but all the other services wanted to charge an arm and a leg just for the 10 of us! Once I found BPB, they got us a spot at star lounge for FREE! Derek Feinman at Party Booker set up an open bar birthday party for me and roughly 30 of my friends at ASPEN downtown. Everything was set and ready to go as planned and determined upon arrival. The staff at the bar offered great service as did Derek. Everyone was very professional, easy to contact and executed all that was discussed very smoothly. I would certainly book with party booker again and will recommend the service to my friends as well. :)

I had a great time at my birthday this past weekend thanks to my planner. I had chosen the venue, but he helped set it up and got me a great deal...a table and comped bottle of grey goose! All I paid for was tip for the server. It made planning a lot easier. I had gone to the venue earlier to check it out and see what they offered and it was much more expensive so I know I got a great deal. I would definitely use bpb again.

This company is a welcome change from the rest of the party industry in the city. I mean, you get a free bottle of champagne, how can you get any more awesome than that? My planner was great, he knew like all the details of the bars and louges. After going over them all for a while (he was also quite patient!) we settled on a place that wasn't too wild but still threw one hell of a party.

Right when I walked in after booking my birthday party the Doorman knew who I was. He promply removed people that were sitting in area Birthday Party Booker designated for me. We had a whole area to ourselves and the service was great. I would recommend BirthdayPartyBooker to anybody planning on booking a party!

Birthday Party Booker is a reliable, easy to use, and free service that I highly recommend to anyone who needs to plan a party! Whenever I have a party, I look for a place without a cover, no line, and, if possible, a place to sit. Well, Birthday Party Booker does that and much more! They'll even throw in some free champagne for your large group. I really don't know why you wouldn't use such a service that is 100% free. They are also really accomodating--I switched my idea of what I wanted and they were able to change venue a week before the party! They also have a range of bars in their group so you can always find what you're looking for. Birthday Party Booker worked for me...

You won't spend $, but you will pay with a terrible headache. There is no free photographer. The organizer, at least the one I dealt with, is incompetent. I booked a month before my party and when I got to the venue, they didn't have me on the list. I had confirmed a few times including the week of my party. I was asked what time I would get there and said by 10:30 and my guests by 11:00. I got to the venue at 10:15 and had to wait at the bar until 11:00 because the organizer did not book my party until 11:00. I had requested a certain alcohol as my comped bottle which the organizer said he put in the request which he didn't do. And then lied to me when he said the venue was running low on it! Well, with some negotiation on my part, I was able to get it. It was such a hassle and shouldn't have to stress about my party and just enjoy it. Don't use this service! Its not worth the comped bottle! Because thats all you are really getting and most venues will just give you champagne as the bottle, not vodka.

I was unbelievably stressed about planning my birthday in the city because all of my friends were coming in from all over the place to celebrate, but birthday party booker alleviated all my stress. I was able to search through all the venues, and the descriptions and pictures helped me find Empire Rooftop, exactly the type of scene I was looking for. When we got to Empire Rooftop, everything went so smoothly, and my group of friends and I was escorted to a huge table where we were given a free bottle. I thought it was too good to be true, and that I'd be getting a massive check at the end of the night, but birthday party booker stayed true to its word. I was so happy that me (and my friends) were able to have an amazing night in the city for my birthday with absolutely no drama. Not only is birthday party booker your one stop shop for all your party needs, it is also 100% free. It allows you to easily scan venues in addition to including relatable, accurate descriptions of each venue to help you choose exactly what type of party you want. Then, to top it all off, when using birthday party booker, you will arrive at your chosen spot with a free bottle for your party and absolutely no issues. Every year I have the same mess of a birthday... The place doesn't have my reservation, or the doorman won't let everyone in, or my friends have to wait in line forever. The night always turns out to be a nightmare.

A friend recommended BPB and I reluctantly agreed to have another birthday party... I cannot be happier that I did! They did everything from helping me chose an appropriate place, setting up tables, they gave me a comp'ed bday bottle, and best of all--- not one person waited in line!!!

I'm still in shock how stress-free and FUN my party actually was. Too bad they don't book all events...

I was stuck in a major bind last week to plan my best friends 25th birthday. I must have called 10 different bars and all were either unavailable or asking me to put my credit card down (which isn't really my cup of tea). I found Birthday Party Booker last minute and it saved my life, literally. They set us up within minutes at 49 Grove with a free bottle of champagne and no cover. I recently needed to find a venue for my girlfriend?s 30th birthday party. After several e-mails and phone calls that went unanswered from various bars and clubs, I came across birthday party booker and thought I?d give it a shot. Never did I expect the ease and efficiency of this service. The website is incredibly easy to navigate through?all I had to do was click on a venue (several to choose from) and type in all my basic info (name, party size, etc.). I also kept waiting for a payment page to pop up, but to my surprise it was completely free. We ended up having an amazing party at Aspen Downtown (even got a free bottle there) and my girlfriend couldn?t have been happier. Can?t stress enough how convenient this service was?I?ll definitely be back for the next birthday.

I?m the type of person who doesn?t need to be the center of attention, therefore planning my own birthday is the last thing I want to do. I use to get a ton of anxiety about setting up my birthday. I threw my very first birthday party last saturday and I admit, I was very skeptical about throwing a party for myself. I've been to many birthday parties before and this was my first time that I was going to arrange something in my honor. When I got in touch with birthday party booker, I was amazed at how fast I got a response and they told me not to worry, that my friends and I would have a great time. I thought, there was a catch.
