Craig is the man! He helped me choose the right sized furnace and central A/C for my house, and showed me how to pursue the utility rebates and tax credits. His installation crew was friendly, on-time, and did very high quality work - like it was their own house. I have already referred him to other people.

Craig called approximately 30 seconds after I posted my request. He was here 45 minutes later. He understood my preference for fixing rather than replacing, and clearly explained my options. He did the work in about 90 minutes, which included installing a new standing pilot gas valve and thermocouple, and cleaning the boiler. The entire project cost under $600. (Another company had quoted $600-900 just for the parts and tried to get me to replace the boiler for $7250.) Craig was practical and realistic and even explained that boilers can be fixed until they start leaking, which mine is not doing. I appreciate his honesty! Good job!
