We had an excellent experience with Condor Moving. We needed them to move things from both storage and an apartment into our new home. They arrived on time, worked very fast and efficiently, and nothing was damaged. Mario and his crew were great. We were floored by how affordable they were for the service we recieved. Hopefully we won't move again any time soon, but if we do we will not hesitate to use them again. I would refer them to any of my friends or family.

I called many companies before settling with Condor. Some quotes were less expensive- some were more expensive. What made me ultimately choose their company was the team of people I dealt with. Maj was very awesome to work with. The entire process went seamlessly- I am talking about my move form Texas to Oregon- 1/2 way across the Continent! Again, it all went very smoothly and I would recommend this company to everyone I know. My belongings arrived sooner than anticipated also!

Excellent Customer Service. Very Friendly Staff. The movers treated my belongings as if it was theirs...
Use them twice and both times made my moves very easy.
Definately would recommend to friends, family and anyone who needs a reliable company to move accross country....

This was our 3rd move using Condor Moving. I wouldn't think of moving without them. They are always professional and extremely helpful. Unlike other moving companies that charge an hourly rate, the guys working for Condor do not just "piddle around" while they are loading or unloading the truck just to run up the time. I have been fortunate enough to have the same driver/leader on the last 2 moves and he is great. I would recommend them to anyone contemplating moving; in fact, I already have.

My EXPERIENCE with Condor Moving Systems
I recently moved with Condor Moving Systems. On pick up the crew did a great job the work hard till everything was loaded. The office people were always nice and respectful and informative. My items made it safely to AZ. My expereince overall was great.

I would not book a move with this company. I spoke with Maya in late October and November and booked a move with her from Arkansas to Dallas in December. Maya assured me they could pickup on Jan 29th or Jan 30th 2010 and deliver in Dallas on Jan. 31st. I called today and dispatch said they could only pickup on Jan 21nd and hold my things until 1-31.
They promise you pickup and delivery dates and then change the booking. They are very nice while you are trying to book, but they do not do what they say. My move is scheduled for 1-29 and now I have to find another moving company within a few days. I would not recommend you to use this service as they are not a reliable company. I gave plenty of time--- booked in December 4th for a Jan 29th move and they notfied me today 1-18, they can only pickup on 1-21 or the rate would double. I would be very careful about choosing this company when considering a move.

My experience with Condor Moving Systems was nothing but great. From all the moving companies that sent me quotes they were the most organized and detailed. On moving day the crew showed up and did a great job I couldnt have asked for more. At the time of delivery I got everything in the same condition as it was picked up from my home. The only thing I have to say about Condor is I would definately recommend them to anyone who was relocating.

WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER! They charged almost twice what they "quoted" me, I had ALL of my DVD's (approx 300 DVD's) and multiple items stolen, and number of boxes at some point had been opened and looked through, numerous things broken that they wrapped for me (like an antique end table and my $2,000 mattress set that they "boxed" for me was obviously dragged and was dirty and holes in it on the end), and by the time I received my furniture, both my dressers, my mother's hope chest and multiple boxes had sever mold damage and had to be taken to the dump. Their offer for reimbersement was nothing ($200), and I was told I could go through the arbitration process if I didn't accept the reimbersement. So I wrote that off and received the arbitration paperwork, which then they charged almost $200 for. So I ended up getting nothing!

Started out well enough, then turned really bad once they got our stuff and money. Sales rep Maj was totally at my disposal until they picked up our stuff, after that she was not in the office and would not return calls.
Rude customer service when inquiring about when our stuff would be delivered and numerous delays in it finally arriving.The excuses used in the delays ........lots of rain in Texas led to one of their trucks becoming invested with roaches and ants - we will hose it out and get you on the road in a day or two, flat tire while on road, DOT held them at GA border.
The day the goods actually arrived - it was supposed to be between 8-9 am - after several calls the mover finally answered ...over slept dude, I'll be there in a few. I ended up having to go meet him and lead him to my house. Once there I unloaded over 1/3 of the truck myself.
Damaged goods included numerous damaged pictures and frames, dented and scarred, bakers rack, bicycle, desk and entertainment center. 3 missing lamps and 1 desk chair. One sealed container of personal records busted and scattered all over the back of the truck and one box containing 4 seasons worth of baseball trading cards crushed.
Do not use this company under any circumstance

I recently moved with Condor from Houston to Washington DC the best experience. They did a wonderful job!! The crews showed up on time my furniture made it safely every one was extremely nice.

Let me start off by saying that the guys who did the actual move were very nice and professional. The people at customer service, on the other hand, were horrible. My move was supposed to happen on a Thursday between 2 and 4pm. I got a call after 4 telling me that the movers had been held up on a previous job and wouldn't be at my apartment until 8pm at the earliest. The woman I spoke to essentially blamed me for the delay because I had requested that the move take place after 10am. My move didn't take place until 10:30 am on Friday. I would not recommend this company to anyone else.

I just wanted to express my EXTREME disappointment in Condor Moving Systems. The Friday afternoon before my move, I received a call from the dispatcher informing me that the truck had broken down, and that my move appointment was being canceled. I understand that unforeseen events can happen, however, I did not need a truck - I needed bodies to help me carry things from one apartment to another in the same building. I was unable to find another moving company on such short notice, was not able to move out of my apartment before my lease expired, and have had to take time off of work to try and get the job done.
It is extremely unfortunate that a single girl who lives alone and was relying on a company\'s services was left with no assistance. I booked this company a month in advance so something such as this would not happen. It is definitely worth it to pay a little more money and actually work with a professional, reliable company.
