Just completed the 1st week of the 4 week boot camp program in Cary. I really love our instructor Sam - she is super nice, super motivating and very personable... which all helps because class starts at 5:30am! I know - that sounds just ridiculous but honestly once you start going you do get used to it. You definitely DO want to make sure that you go to bed a bit earlier though otherwise you may find yourself asleep in your salad bowl the next night. I really love that this is a comprehensive end-to-end program and that as a client, you really feel supported through your wellness journey. We do food logging, goal setting, have weekly challenges and receive personal motivational emails which really keep you encouraged. The fact that it is every day really doesn't leave much margin to fail - you can't fall as far as you could if the program was only a couple times a week...it succeeds in keeping you actively engaged and feeling accountable. Don't be shy - give it a try - I think they offer free "try it" sessions. There are ladies of all ages, sizes and abilities - no excuses - just come give it a try :-)

I loved this boot camp! I've only attended one session so far, but it really gave me the boost I needed in my fitness and weight loss. Four weeks and we never did the same routine twice! It was motivating and definitely beat the boredom of the gym. . . you must give it a try!

This is a great program to put you through your paces. It doesn't matter how fit you are, Jennifer will modify every exercise (to make it easier or harder) so that you get a workout that is right for you. The atmosphere is fun and supportive and every day is different. I admit, it is often hard to get up so early in the morning but the feeling of accomplishment I have at the end of every class makes it worthwhile. I am stronger, my clothes fit better and I have a better sense of well-being. TZ

I hadn't worked out since having kids and was in need of a program to get me back into that workout groove. Triangle Adventure Boot camp did exactly that! I went for two sessions and was really enjoying working out again. My energy levels are up and I'm looking forward to work outs. Everyone there was at a different fitness level and the boot camp easily modifies any level. Highly recommend it.
