I lost my chip keys so I called Multi Locksmith Richmond on (510) 279-3816 because I had heard good things about them. I was really impressed with the service and professionalism. They replaced my chip keys no problem and got me back on the road again. If you need new chip keys I defiantly recommend Multi Locksmith Richmond.

I had been thinking for a while about updating the security of my home with wireless home security cameras, but I wasn?t sure how to go about it, so I called Multi Locksmith Richmond on (510) 279-3816 and they said they would send someone over to run me through my options. The technician I meet with was a really professional, friendly guy who gave listed all of my options and helped me to decide which wireless home security cameras to install. He gave me a great price on the installation of the wireless home security cameras and was really good at answering all of my questions. Thank again Multi Locksmith Richmond!

Update 10/26/09: The day after posting my negative review on CitySearch, I got a return call from a representative who listened to my explanation of the over-charges. He agreed that the price was incorrect and offered to adjust my fees by 25%, promising to write me a refund check for the difference today. It's unfortunate that it took a public complaint for them to address the issue, but I received the refund check I was promised and I am satisfied with the end result.

Mul-T Locksmith Richmond were great with helping me with my lost keys problem. They showed up very quickly which was really impressive because I was in a hurry. They made me replacement keys for my lost keys and got me on my way again. If you ever have lost keys call Mul-T Locksmith Richmond you won?t be disappointed with their great service and value.

Jeff came out (locksmith) and took one look at the key and told us the key was worn. He also looked at the locks and found many of them stiff and frozen from weather and wear. He took out one lock, He (locksmith) cut us brand new keys from the cuts (whatever that is), and put graphite in the rest of the locks to limber them back up.
All of them work like new now.
Pros: Took him 10 min to come by

They were on time. They did our rekey quickly and professionally. The whole operation was done at my home and completed in less than an hour. We were very pleased with work and the price too. We will call them again.
