Koibito Japanese Restaurant in Lacey

I've gone to the Lacey Koibito with my dad a few times and it's wonderful. The Yelm and Olympia rolls are amazing and their rainbow roll is the best I've had. Really good miso soup and their squid salad is good too, even though I don't usually eat squid at all. The servers were really nice and even though I wasn't doing the sushi buffet they kept offering me pieces of my dad's rolls. (Trying to get me hooked! haha) I'm definitely going back.

Me and my husband was station in Japan for 7 years ,we love sushi and also teriyaki , Since we back to the state we have been tried any Japanese restaurant in our area Lacey but we always unsatisfied with the food , until we visit KOIBITO in Lacey by fred meyer we love...love..love their sushi especially the sex on the beach rolls sushi and our kids love Koibito teriyaki ,now my family don't have to worry about how we miss Japanese food anymore , Kobito restaurant has what we want and also better service ever too...We recommend any Japanese food lover come to koibito .KOIBITO in Lacey is The Best !!!!

I love koibito sushi and teriyaki in Lacey. I tried koibito's special yelm roll, and it was really good. The free miso soup and smoke squid salad was good also. I can't wait to come back again. I really recommend Koibito-Lacey; you won't regret it!
