Other than the wait time, everything was exceptional. Dr. Huang is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My procedure was painless and quick. The staff are friendly and helpful. The office is modern and well appointed. I enjoyed the patient information gathering process since it was electronic and I was able to do my copay myself using the handheld console.
I have been a patient of Dr Hoang's for five years and I can honestly say she is top notch , as well as her assistants ! In the past I have seen her for various skin issues as well as getting Botox and I have always been happy ! In the last year the wait times have been minimal as I'm sure they are working hard to improve that. My teen has been to her for embarrassing acne issues and she had it under control in a few weeks :). I love the front office too -- they are always very knowledgable about my insurance. I will be a patient for life !
PA, Allison took the time to treat me and explain my treatment options. I would rather have the provider take their time an explain to me, in my level what I have and what we can do to fix it vs feeling like the cattle drive. I also, in the medical field as other reviewer posted and YES, wait time is to be expected. We are all guilty of doing this.... we schedule appointment for acne then we want this and that looked at as well, which will cause a delay with the next person. this office is pleasant and very helpful:)
Contrary to what other negative comments made about Dr Hoang and her office, I have experienced differently. My family and I have seen Dr Hoang and her PA and every time we have great service. They listen to our concerns and explained what they were and what we could do to fix them. Her office staff was also helpful with letting me know what my insurance would and would not cover. Only one inconvenient thing was a few times having to wait awhile, but at what doctors office don't you wait? I would rather wait a few extra minutes knowing that she takes good care of her patients and if she spends a few extra minutes addressing her patients issues making sure they understand and are comfortable that's who I want to see.
Be prepare to wait for a long time. I been to the Arlington office for 3 times ( appointments with doctor Hoang) and I always have to wait at least 45 min. The last appointment, I had to wait 1hour 15 min, it is ridiculous. The doctor walked in and see me about 3 min. It was my last appointment, I would never go back to this office again.

I went there to get a full body screening for skin cancer and to look at a spot o my leg. Had to wait for about 45 minutes. Never did give me a full body skin. I stood up all the time while she mainly talk to her assistant. That spot on my leg is still there that i had her looked at. Said it was nothing. Gave me prescription and I put it on every day and its still there. I would not go back to her. She seem nice enough, but did not help me at all. Now I will have to go to the expense in seeing another DR.i

This has got to be the most poorly managed medical office I have ever been to.Booked appointment 2 weeks in advance, arrived at office at 3:45 for a 4:00 appointment, was kept waiting over an HOUR!!! It was 5:15 before I finally saw the Doctor, and this was only after telling them I could no longer wait and was about to leave. Docs who over book patients are doing them a dis-service, I personally will NEVER go back, I used to see Dr. Nguyen in Arlington across from the Medical Center, and chose to come here for convenience as I live in Mansfield....it was ANYTHING BUT convenient. I will now drive the extra 15 minutes back up to see Dr. Nguyen. I have NEVER been kept waiting at his practice, and can book appointments with only a few days notice.

I have been going to this office for awhile now. I actually see Lisa and feel as though she is getting a "bad rep" here. She has always explained the issues with me and has always been very nice. My son see's her as well for teen acne, and again, she has always been helpful and nice.
I work in the medical field and know how easy it is to get off schedule. Sometimes that's what happens when you listen to your patients. Some people's problems take a little bit more time.
As far as "her looks", come one! I think we are all human and have some bad days.
My experience with PA Lisa Moody was a very good one!!! I received excellent personal attention to get done what I wanted and she took the time to explain the treatment. I found her to be extremely bright and a wealth of knowledge, I would recommend her to any friends, and acquaintances. If personal care and attention to detail is what you are looking for in a doctor then you have found your match.
I have been to this office many times by now between checkups and labs. I have never been able to see Dr Hoang. Lisa, the Physicians Asst, kept me waiting over an hour every time I went to Mansfield Derm, no matter what time of day I came. It was very frustrating. I even called the office before every appt to see if they were running late!!! They always said things were running on time. In the end, I decided to see a podiatrist, who I feel has more experience in my particular problem (nail fungus). He also keeps his appts on time! :) I did try to talk to Lisa about cosmetic options/botox, etc, but, while she was pleasant enough, she gave me very short answers and seemed hurried... probably because she was over an hour late and overscheduled. I would only recommend this office to people who have a lot of time on their hands and who don't expect detailed information from their medical practitioner.
PS. Waiting in the lobby is not fun either. They have a looping video of Dr Hoang talking about derm. issues. It's really annoying!

I wouldn't recommend Mansfield Dermatology. I thought I would be seeing Jeannine Hoang, but was unpleasantly surprised with her PA, Lisa.
Lisa has no social skills and was extremely unfriendly and condescending. I expected to be able to talk to her about a condition I've had for several years. It was like talking to a rude 15-year old girl as I tried to ask questions about my condition and treatment. I actually asked to talk to someone else because she had such an unpleasant attitude.
Additionally, going to a dermatologist whose skin looks bad (to put it lightly) is cause for concern. I won't be back.
