"The last time I was looking for a new house, it came at a time when I wasnt able to open up much spare time to do a lot of searching, but still had a relatively small window of time to find something I would be happy to stay in for several years. When I described for Justin what my family and I were looking for, he understood and narrowed the options to a select and applicable set, so every time he called with an option to see, I knew it would be worth the time. "Justin is 'The Man for the Job.' We were selling and buying so Justin was working double time. Showing our house and showing us houses to buy. He guided us through the best things to do to sell our house quickly, we followed all his suggestions. Within weeks we had a contract on our house without any Sunday Open House viewings. With our house sold Justin was now working hard helping us find our new house. Knowing our family needs he didnt waste any time. As Justin likes to say...Just-in-Time that perfect house came about and once again with Justins expertise we got thru all the paperwork, signings, etc. At times I felt like Justin was our 'personal assistant' keeping us on track with all the appointments, making sure we had the correct day and time, everything was on schedule, etc. I dont know what we would have done without him. I personally have had the opportunity to work side by side with one they call a "top producer" in this business. Justin Morris is ambitious in the field and knowledgeable at the office. He has proven himself to many both inside at work and outside to the community, that he can and will get the job done. Doing whatever it takes, going above and beyond the rest, he has shown himself as a man of integrity, humbly experienced, and ambitious in all that he does.
His experience has helped him grow into a fantastic REALTOR, and one many look to for advice and insight. He is one of many that have personally helped me develop into a successful REALTOR, and for that I am humbly blessed to have learned from one of the best.
