I looked at several pool demolition companies and Express Demolition was the ONLY company who actually followed up! In fact they followed up at every step of the project - from making sure their original bid was competitive, to keeping me informed of the process, to making sure I was satisfied with the job. Not only that... but they were also the only pool demolition company that even offered to help with the other projects I had going on. So I hired them to not only take out my pool, but also to replace my broken down fence. Now, I'm talking to them about yet another project. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with their work and what a pleasure it was to work with Pierre and Anena.

In our first major demolition task to remove the pool, we made the right choice in choosing Express Demolition & Hauling. Pierre and Anena provided execellent communication thru each step of the process. They 100% committed to the job. Most important, they are 100% committed to their word. Their price can't be beat and they are honest, how great is that !!! I absolutely recommend this company.

Express Demo did a good job of removing the fiber glass pool and jacuzzi from my back yard. The work was done in two days. Pierre was there to supervise the work. When I requested more dirt to raise the ground level Pierre went and got another truck load. They did a good job of fill and compaction. Chuck Leix

Working with Anena and Pierre was a pleasure from the beginning to the very end. We are Florida residents and we had them tear down our oceanfront home in La Jolla San Diego which was a hugh job. They got our demo permits which wasn't easy, and they completed the project in our absence. They were kind and respectful to our neithbors and I would recommend them highly. I was so thrilled to fly out and see the clean and leveled lot just as they had promised. Thanks Express Demolition & Hauling.

Express Demo recently completed our swimming pool removal. Their work was superb. They did the job perfectly, in accordance with the City of San Diego's stringent specifications for complete removal. They handled the job from A-Z: permits, concrete cutting, demolition, hauling, backfill, compaction, and coordinating with the soil engineer and City inspectors. The work was timely, and communication excellent. Their bid beat the competition by thousands. There was no attempt to upsell after we agreed on a price and terms. We couldn't be more pleased, and highly recommend this company.

Express did a great job preparing our yard for a large paver project. Our ground was extremely rocky, but they were able to dig-out and remove all of the necessary material. Also, Anena and her staff were very professional and easy to deal with.

Anena totally bent backwards for our pool demolition. She even provided services that they don't offer (getting permits and deeds and many many other extras) to accommodate our situation. They're friendly, fast, and very competent. They made me feel like their most important client. Pierre and Anena are very generous, easy to work with and even give a good price without any fudging. I absolutely recommend this company.
