They replied quickly to my service request and were able to complete the work within a few days. Other contractors could not respond nearly as quickly. The pricing varied considerably, one lower, others higher, but from my experience I felt IRV had a fair price.

Showed up on time, Had aeration & power raking done. aeration was quick and easy. power raking they took their time to do a great job and get the most dead grass that they could. Very happy with the service. I will definitely be hiring them for other projects.
