When I walked into the spa, I didn't know what to expect... since spas and salons in new york city are all talk, they just SAY that they are high customer serviced and worthwhile place in ADs, but when you actually go there after falling for their pretentions you get disappointed... well YIN BEAUTY spa was not like that... I read fair reviews online and checked out their website... I wanted to give it a shot, because I found out that it was close to my house...

well... result? I had the microdermabraision treatment and I loved it. going back in 3 weeks.

Pros: Many treatments to choose from to cater to your needs.

I want to loose weight at the moment. especially on my hips... I have love handles like no other. people say that i dont' have to loose any weight, however that is not the case in my head...

i tried exercising but i felt like doing a little more than just that, so I researched about acupressure and decided to get a slimming massage.

I searched Best spas in New York, I found Yin beauty and they just happend to have what I was looking for : Massaging for a slimmer body...

Yes, it sounds ridiculous! but it worksss
i have gotten 3 sessions so far and I am liking it... because massaging and using the eastern acupuncture techniques to put pressure on certain muscles, tissues in your body makes you burn fat I guess. the lady at the spa can explain it better if you are interested!!

Absolutely loved it... I highly suggest it.

Pros: convinient location, great people, relaxing treatment.

I got my purifying facial here twice and I really like it. I have been suffering with acne ever since highschool and I finally decided to fix it and get rid of it once and for all. I know it is not practical to get rid of them like "that" but getting good facials, cleansing, extracting properly, etc would definitely expedite the process of my skin purification/clarification...

anyway, i recommend people to try out this place...they seem to have a lot of promotions and specials all year round too...

I highly recommend people to go here, because their waxing services are phenomenallllll !!!

I am very picky with my eye brows and I was nervous to get them done there, but I got them done and absolutely loved it!!!

Pros: Doesn't hurt! Very Precise!! The people there are very nice!

Cons: Long commute from my house (queens) but worth it.

My Mom & I went to the Upper West side location for their Mother's day package. We've never felt so relaxed! We started with a soothing foot soak, followed by the most wonderful body treatment I've ever had. Then we finished with a facial that left my skin so smooth & soft, I was glowing! The staff is very warm and friendly, they made my Mom and I feel very welcome! We even got to sit outside in their little courtyard while drinking tea. This was a great Mother's day experience, I will definitely come back! Thanks Yin Beauty!
