I was introduced to Training with Jake through a program at work. I thought this boot camp was going to be like all others where the trainer cannot possibly pay personal attention to each participant and could not ensure that each participant was benefiting from the different exercises. I was totally wrong! Jake paid attention to each and every person in his program, corrected postures, and explained the areas which we were targeting. Jake also took a special interest in our goals and worked closely with us to make sure we reached those goals. He encouraged each and every participant and worked hard with us. I lost weight, felt better about myself, and learned a lot about working out and my body. Suffice it to say, I highly recommend Jake.
After being a member of Jake's boot camp for 3 months I have had a reduction of almost 5 percent of my body fat and feel amazing. I would recommend this boot camp to everyone, regardless of fitness level. Jake changes the exercises to help everyone get an equally challenging workout.
