The initial installer was totally unsatisfactory. We were prepared to fire FCI. However, Gerardo who originally sold us the flooring personally took over the instalation. He saved to project. I would recommend Gerardo to any of my friends.

The guys showed up to the house on time and did a excellent job. The florr matches and blends with my exisisting flooring. I would recommend these guys to anyone thats looking for a flooring company. A couple of weeks after the job was done the supervisor called me to follow up and ensure we had no problems. Custmer service was excellent.

I loved working with these guys. They were kind, curtious and very perfessional. They were always willing to come to my house to bring samples for me to look at. Even after I picked a tile I thought I would like and after ordering it I had decided it was not the right tile and they had no problems taking it back and bringing me something else I was happier with. FCI was always calling to keep me informed when the tile would be in their store and when they would be able to install it. They were on time and on budget, and VERY fairly priced. We will definately use them again when we need flooring.

The project manager came out to my house several times, bringing samples, and educated me on what type of flooring would be right for me and my four animals. He was very patient and prompt. FCI ordered my ceramic tile and was able to install on the given day that I wanted to start the project. So that I did not have to move out of my home during this time (had almost the entire home tiled), they were very accommodating in working around me and my cats. I was able to report into my place of employment every day while they worked. They were very professional, trustworthy and performed quality work.
